Ulasan Idou Anfa Hotel

Hotel molto bello e moderno, ben arredato con camere spaziose e letti comodi, bagno bello e funzionale con tutti i prodotti x l'igiene. Colazione ottima, molto fornita sia dolce che salato. Personale molto gentile. Al nostro arrivo eravamo in ritardo con il volo e siamo arrivati tardi, nonostante questo ci hanno fatto cenare in sala e non è scontato perchè in altri posti non è stato così anche se era sul programma.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cet hôtel 4 étoiles mais j’estime que cela vaut un 5 étoiles. Excellentes prestations à tout point de vue. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité et le personnel est au petits soins. Nous y retournerons À très bientôt

Parfaite expérience

Séjour très agréable , Très très bon emplacement , au centre de casablanca , près de toute les commodités. Le personnel est serviable, à l’écoute et au petit soin. Les équipement rien à dire tout est neuf et propre. Je recommande l’hôtel pour tout séjour solo ou en famille .

Bell'Hotel, in stile internazionale. Abbiamo avuto anche l'upgrade, quindi, ci hanno dato una camera bella, spaziosa, pulita e con vista sulla moschea. Cena e colazione buone. Personale gentilissimo sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Très bon séjour

Encore une fois à l hôtel Idou Anfa, vraiment très satisfaite de tout : accueil chaleureux, professionalisme de tout le personnel, équipements, restauration, confort des chambres, emplacement....je recommande ce très beau hôtel

Passato due giorni in hotel, comodo a parte i cuscini troppo alti, personale gentile, cena e colazione a buffet buona, unico problema il costo della bottiglia da mezzo litro a 35 dirham che al loro cambio equivale a 3.5€ un furto anche da noi, anche perché nei supermercati si trova a meno di 3 dirham. Conviene rifornirsi prima di mangiare.....

Un hotel moderno, bellissimo, con il wc diviso dalla doccia. La camera singola aveva un bel letto matrimoniale grande. Cena e colazione variegate e abbastanza buone. Consigliato perché la stanza è bella e spaziosa. Bagno grande anch esso.

Nice basic international type hotel. When we asked about where the safety box was, a staff member carried it to our room. It was not bolted to the wall, as it should have been. Funny - a thief could just as well carry the whole box away. The rooms could have had some artistic Moroccan touches. All was clean & staff was very eager to assist with anything. Restaurant & spa were very good.

Everything was excellent. The property met our expectations. Very polite and helpful staff. The room was little bit cold and central heating for building was switched off, but we're provided with a heater, which helped a lot. Shower was amazing, bed comfy, we were very satisfied.

Bel hôtel moderne très confortable, refait récemment, accueil sympathique et efficace, cuisine variée et savoureuse. En particulier les plats de chef Sadia ! La piscine est très bien aussi. Je recommande !
