Nice hotel , good location, and they have spa and fittness option

Were very disappointed when we got there the hotel was under renovation. There were no bath towels,hangars,or toiletries. No phone service at all. Had to go down from the 5th floor each time we needed something. The bathroom sink was clogging.the fridge did not work & had to be replaced,the safe was broken. The front desk did not seem to worry as if it was a matter of fact. Had to pay for water .no glasses in the room. The breakfast was very poor. No selection available. Had to ask for a plate .tables very dirty. Plates arrived wet. Overall poor service do not value their clients. Bernice Peacock

I was supposed to check in at 2 pm, but the hotel told me that my reservation was not in their system. I had to wait until 9 pm to check in, which was very upsetting. I had to drag my luggage around the city of Casablanca, which was very frustrating. My vacation was ruined by the hotel's incompetence. I was unable to sleep and I had to check out at 7:30 am out of anger. The room was not clean, the bathroom shower was extremely dirty and the toilet was not flushing. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I will never stay at this hotel again and I am still fighting for my refund.

AirConditioning not AVAILABLE. Washroom BROKEN. Front Desk was lying that someone is fixing it. But, it's a CHEAT. Mosquitos in room if you open Window. It's a DISASTER. Do not book here PLEASE. The Worst Hotel in my traveling life.

The service is poor, the room didn’t have bath towel I asked receptionist she keep saying she will send them and I didn’t receive them. Swimming pool closes at 7pm and open 10:30 which I was not aware of. I am very disappointed of this experience

Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together. The shower tends to leak water everywhere. We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong. The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received

The location was superb! Just few minutes walk from the heart of Casa. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to tram station and 10 minutes walk to the Old Medina/Souk. Really enjoyed the Breakfast!! Only the wifi, very poor connection. Technical team please look at it. Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

Good location but it's like 2 or 3 star hotel. Nice people in reception and too many restaurants around.

14th February 2023 It was ideal for our one night stay, big room and comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom, we had a very quiet inward facing room, staff were very helpful, there were food outlets and ATM/Bank Cash Machine nearby etc Breakfast was plentiful and typical Moroccan style. All in all it was a fair value for money hotel.
