Ulasan Hyatt Regency Casablanca

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Casablanca. They have the friendliest staff and will go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The room is luxurious and had everything you need to have a special stay

這個大概是全球最差的凱悦酒店了，房間一股味道不説，設施老舊，空調動力也不足，除了酒店名字是五星級酒店的名字，其它沒有任何一點像五星級酒店

房間整體還不錯，早餐也是非常有特色，值得體驗。 設施：相對比較陳舊 環境：酒店內環境還是非常高端 服務：服務一如既往的五星級標準

酒店在市中心，逢上下班高峯期有點堵車。酒店很大，但是沒什麼建築美學。這次入住的房間是複式公寓套房，有二間卧室，一間會客廳，廚房、雜物房，三個衞生間兩間浴室。方便家庭入住。酒店送了一桌子摩洛哥甜品及果仁。

酒店很老，不是很現代化。有些老的服務員還是態度挺好的，但年輕一代的服務員就感覺臉特別臭，而且晚上酒店員工故意弄出奇怪動靜不讓你好好享受，後來轉去了四季。

Room amenities not upto Hyatt standards. Every was broken or stained. There was this stale, drainage- like smell in my room as well. Decent service though.

Beautiful, well-kept hotel. Walking or short taxi ride to main attractions. Wonderful, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Nice property .. central location close to the Casa port station . Staff is exceptional polite and always ready to help . We had dinner at their Moroccan restaurant .. food and entertainment was exceptional .. belly dancer was really good . Would reccomend the property .

Most excellent staff! Clean, green and lovely grounds and pool. Facilities and hospitality excellent! Great choice for a stay in downtown Casablanca.

My wife and I were at this great hotel when the earthquake was happening. We were scared, but these incredible staff who put us at ease— Reall champs—especially the director, Aurelien Tara! This hotel does not deserve the rating of “Very Good,” but the “Exceptional,” rating! Our stay will be memorable because every staff member made us feel like royalty, especially Badr Hafraoui. We felt at home! I miss them already. I had never been attached to a hotel like this one. A five-start hotel like no other. I became a member of their reward program—they were that exceptional!

Very noisy outside you can hear people arguing in the street at dawn
