Sayang sekali hal itu sedikit menyimpang

Terletak di pusat kota dengan tempat parkir gratis, beberapa restoran di dekatnya. Sarapannya lumayan, pilihannya tidak terlalu banyak

Good location but old interiors and carpets are smelly

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

Good in the middle of the city center, good roof top

the hotel is nice and clean，serving good breakfast as well. even i made a mistake with a wrong date when i was doing the reservation，but it was fully understood by the manager and ladies in reception，they helped correct the date without extra charge，really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the staff of this hotel，excellent experience

Overpriced for an old hotel, rooms should be cleaned in more detail

الفندق لا بأس به وقديم والذي جعل الفندق مريح الاخ بدر في الاستقبال كان خدوم ومبتسم وتعامله جدا راقي

Впечатление от отеля ужасное ! Рум сервис просто отвратительный , попросили принести тарелку , принесли грязную , попросили поменять … и только с ЧЕТВЕРТОГО раза принесли чистую , в номере закончилось мыло , просили раза 3 из них 2 раза спускались на ресепшен, принесли спустя 2 часа , еда в рум сервисе просто отвратительная , как так можно испортить пиццу , я просто не понимаю … (и это еще за очень приличные деньги ). За все это даже не извинились… Более того , я в номере забыл зарядку для телефона (абсолютно уверен, что забыл в номере) , позвонил в отель на следующее утро после выезда , сказали , что не нашли , хотя я даже объяснил у какой кровати и в какой розетке осталась зарядка Итого: 5 звездами даже не пахнет , очень средняя 3 , из плюсов только площадь номера и ванной комнаты (хотя сами номера достаточно уставшие)
