Excellent location. Very close to Casa Port train train station. Room very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Grand mosque is near by. Take a train for 5 MAD from the airport, 40 mins , and this hotel Is across the train 🚊 station Casa Port.

Good location, only 3 minutes from Gare de Casa Port. Clean and tidy room.

Centralisered, closed to the train station. Quality price value is good.

Very normal hotel, missing so many facilities such in the room, the quality of bed's sheet and pillows just so so, staff in the reception give no information about the stay, I paid for breakfast I got no feedback about it so I didn't have breakfast. I paid extra 27 dh for tax as they said. When I checked in the agent said 14 dh then when I wanna check out other staff said 27 dh, without any receipt or any prove, I don't wanna argue because I was in hurry for my train. Staff wearing no name tag, no uniform in the reception and the way they deal with the guests very ignoring and informel way. Anyway, this hotel should not be ibis hotel with international brand like accor, is like very local hotel on old Medina . I'll forward a message to Accor headquarters to deal with this hotel situation because is rediculous and doesn't deserve to have this brand. ارتقوا بالمستوى شوية راه حتى الاوطيلات غير مصنفة مابقاش كادير هاد التعامل .

酒店大堂環境還不錯的，這個價格還算性價比高。衞生也可以 交通也比較方便 外面很多出租車 。 唯一不好的是早餐基本都是麪包，沒人幫忙拿行李上樓 另外，沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷，需要一樓買 50、但是牙刷比較硬。

注意事項寫在最前： 確認入住單之後，最好最好和酒店確認有沒有『第三方』收到確認函。 否則可能會發生如下情況：攜程上預訂成功，但是其第三方仍未發送確認函給酒店而耽誤入住！ 此情況之前評價也有，我們一行兩個訂單都出現相同問題。後來，休閑區休息聽到前台還有中國遊客因為類似緣由耽擱（推測） 房間窄小，床鋪也窄，也許是品牌統一規格。 沒有洗漱用品，沒有拖鞋，沒有免費瓶裝水。 也許是近歐洲的環保政策，誰知道呢？ 圖一圖二是周邊景點， 圖三是日常早餐，除了麪包還是麪包。 離卡薩車站很近 離卡薩展館很近，展館就在二世清真寺旁邊。

房間很小，擺二張小床，沒有活動的地方了，但周邊環境不錯，靠近主街，酒店的早餐還是很豐富的，吃不慣加了很多糖的薄荷茶。

酒店特別老，最噁心的是他們房間的電視是壞的，我們從來不在酒店看電視，退房時非説電視是我們弄壞的，扣着行李不讓我們走，由於趕飛機，最後硬是敲詐了我們3000迪拉姆，摺合人民幣2100

酒店執行李稍求其，枕頭品質甚差，其他酒店設施都是齊備的，早餐食物豐富，選擇也很多，餐廳服務員態度非常好，交通方便。

非常標準的商務酒店。在有限的預算範圍內，這已經是一件相當出色的酒店了。
