Hotel Boutique BC Wine Casablanca

Truly an amazing experience! This property was beautiful, well appointed, only to be outdone by the hospitality. From the owners were very present and paid attention to the details. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant! Our room was great, from the heated bathroom floor, the large bath towels to the robe and slippers, nothing was missed. Alessandro was the most attentive and fun. From recommending the wonderful house blend wine, a yummy Cinq Cepage, to building us a roaring fire, as we enjoyed the bottle, maybe two, on a chilly night. We will long remember our visit and will certainly return on our next visit to Chile

We spent the first few days of our honeymoon here prior to our trip down further south to Patagonia, and we loved it. Everyone, from the owner to the wait staff in the dining facilities were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The flowers and gardens were absolutely beautiful, and we quite enjoyed the private out door hot tubs that we were able to reserve. The stars at night were gorgeous!

Every once in a while you stumble upon a property that just amazes you. Well Hotel Boutique BC Wine Casablanca did just that. In my opinion, everything written regarding this property, almost all positive, doesn’t fully capture just how wonderful this place really is. The property is conveniently situated amongst the many wineries in the area. These are all within a short drive so you can do amazing day-trips. Also, the famed city of Valparaiso is less than an hour away. The property itself is immaculate. Everything is clean and the lush gardens are groomed to perfection. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and quite large. Also, you could not hear any noise from the adjoining rooms which is very important if noise distracts you. The rooms are also situated amongst large parcels of grape vines so you feel like you are staying right in an actual vineyard. When we opened our sliders in our room each morning, we were about two meters from the perfectly aligned rows of grape vines which were followed by a beautiful picturesque view of the rolling hills of Casablanca. This was quite a view and a great way to start the day. The food served by their restaurant was high quality. Breakfast is prepared by well trained chefs and was exceptional. There were fresh breads, meats and cheeses, fruit, and eggs cooked to order, all presented at tables overlooking the pool and all the beautiful gardens. The dinners and lunches were very tasty and well presented. The staff was amazing; especially the restaurant crew. The servers, and the head chef, did everything they could to make sure our culinary desires were met. I cannot say enough about how good and how professional these people were. They did not let us down. Lastly, I want to mention the owners Rod and Marlene. They greeted us the moment we arrived like we were visiting an old friend’s home. They were there for us the entire time and Rod give us many suggestions to explore in the area. All were spot on. They could not have been nicer. I would stay here many more times and hope to do so in the future. Just book your room and enjoy the experience!

Rodrigo & his wife are friendly, professional and approachable. Rest of the staff couldn't try harder. The rooms are immaculate with comfortable clean beds. The patio at the back allows you to sit out in private of an evening. There is fresh water and proper coffee available 24/7 at no charge. The gardens are stunning and the outdoor pool lovely. There is a cracking indoor pool with a sauna available on request. Breakfast is good. All in all, highly recommended.

We stayed for three nights as part of our 3 week trip to Chile. The hotel is very nice with beautiful gardens and excellent fa polities. The room was good if a bit basic, but we slept very well and the staff were all very friendly. We only ate in the hotel restaurant once - it was average.

Stayed with friends for 3 nights and had the most wonderful time. the hotel is very peaceful, set in a beautiful garden. The rooms are big and comfortable, the food is delicious, with a great selection of local wines. Lots of relaxation options, including the indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna and the wood burning hot tubs. short drive away from plenty of incredible vineyards, would recommend for a relaxing wine tour stay in Casablanca.

Fantastic family-run boutique hotel in the middle of the beautiful Casablanca Valley. Great restaurant and beautiful grounds, and the staff is amazing- helped with arranging a winery tour and give great advice about drives around the area. Nice and quiet. Well-appointed rooms. I love the outdoor hot tub that you could soak in in the evening!

“My guests come to rest” said the owner, Rod. We asked why breakfast didn’t start until nine (we wanted coffee). And he is so right and on point. From Natalie at check in to “Chef”, to the waitstaff and the owner, our one night stay after a long flight was just right. We wanted to stay two nights but LATAM had other plans for us. The food was amazing. Chef made us a roast beef sandwich which was to crave forever. And this was between breakfast and lunch service. The new pool and spa indoors is amazing and top notch. We highly recommend getting out of the airport and heading here after a long flight to R&R.

Just stayed two nights at this hotel. Unfortunately it was such a short stay. Hotel is very welcoming. Staff superb couldn’t have been more helpful, especially as I don’t speak Spanish. Room comfortable nice bathroom. Plenty of towels and bathrobes. Bed very comfortable Grounds lovely Food superb Owner took time to speak to me. Nice touch I used this for relaxation after exploring Chile and Easter Island. Great experience at this hotel.
