superb experience in the nightcap it us my second time in this series, no regreet

The bed was amazing for starters. Free coffee machine service serving different options was a plus, including free midnight snacks. Over all great experience would love to come back.

We were delighted with the size and layout of the room which was stylish and elegant. The shower cubicle was one of the 👌best! Easy parking and shopping across the road which made it simple to plan our daily activities.

Excellent as always. Very friendly staff and very stylish rooms and decor.

This hotel is very clean and have amazing hospitality

nice motel and kind staff. they have restaurants which is convenient. and they offer two complimentary drinks at the restaurant. decor is modern but bed is a bit small.

The customer service upon arrival was excellent. Despite having a booking issue the service attendant at the reception did an excellent job in sorting out the issue and in minutes we got our room keys with all issues sorted. All the staff members in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Location is also convenient as there are shops and restaurants in the area, also the beach is only a 15 minutes drive away! Would definitely stay longer in the future and would highly recommend. 10/10!

Very nice staff, clean and tidy room. Very comfortable room. Have restaurants and supermarket nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we were not bothered at all by connecting/neighbouring rooms. The hotel cleaning staff were super helpful, took our rubbish bags and gave us clean towels when requested on the 2nd day. I used the guest laundry and found it to be easily accessible and reasonably priced. Children found the gym to be quite entertaining. Having the restaurant on site was great, the food was good, but truthfully the service at the restaurant could have been a bit better. They were very busy so can understand long wait times, staff just didn’t have the best attitude about it, would be willing to give them a second chance during a less busy time though. Overall The Sands by Nightcap Plus was a fantastic place to stay! Can not fault the hotel at all, would definitely stay again! :)
