We are returning guests and were erroneously booked into a "Classic Room," which was not what we expected and looked nothing like the photos on the website and was not as described, including the view, which is of a rundown building under construction. The GM was never available to meet with us to discuss the situation. It's easy to provide great service when everything is going well, but when things don't go as planned, a truly extraordinary hotel steps up and makes a guest feel important and heard, even if they can't meet their expectations. JKPlace Capri fell far short of providing great service or demonstrating any degree of caring. It's a shame, we have such fond memories of the hotel but our most recent experience was so bad we won't be back. We love the other J.K. Place properties, just not this one.
