We've traveled extensively, and very rarely do you find a hotel that meets (and exceeds) your expectations in all areas. The Cape Grace does just that, from your welcome at the front door to the easy check-in, the fantastic room quality/space, and the staff are genuine/caring. Our experience at Cape Grace was further enhanced by the impeccable Room Service and SPA facilities. Both services were flawless, adding to the overall perfection of our stay. The value here is in the staff and attention to detail. They don't miss anything.

Beautiful hotel easy walking distance to the shopping complex. Check in was easy and all of the employees are very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Would stay here when we come back. Breakfast in the restaurant was well presented and great tasting.

Superb hotel and immediately one of my favorites worldwide, The staff to a person-- very welcoming, the food was great and the rooms very good! I would not hesitate to repeat and plan now to return to Cape Town with this resort as our #1 choice. We had originally stayed there as part of an Ama Waterways tour but will return on our own-0--- truly a great place!

Cape Grace was recently purchased and renovated. If you are staying in Cape Town, you would be hard pressed to find a better place. Cape Grace has a great location, beautiful rooms with a view, delicious food, and above all, an impeccable, courteous, professional and warm hospitality staff, at all levels. You feel so welcomed as if you are family or long time friends. Book with confidence and enjoy.

We spent 5 nights at Cape Grace. It is a lovely hotel with excellent customer service. The staff learn your names and preferences. Our room was beautiful, quiet, comfortable and spacious. The hotel's location in the V&A waterfront area was perfect for our needs. We could walk to the ferry to Robben Island in 10-15 minutes. The Hop-on/Hop-off bus also has a stop nearby. The included breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner at the hotel on two nights and found the food very good. I definitely would stay here again.

Come sunshine, the facelifted Cape Grace pool area accessible to all guests, will be one of the hottest hangouts in the city. Striped loungers and umbrellas, cabana awnings, bright towels, wicker and rattan chairs and sofas, and a roomy outdoor bar primed to serve you creative cocktails, is a setup inviting sunscreen, soft tunes, and poolside stays till sunset.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I love starting with the employees because the employees can make or break a stay no matter how nice the hotel is. This hotel is almost perfect. My only complaint about this hotel is the size of the bathroom shower and toilet area. Other than that—perfecto!!! The employees are amazing in every way. Your name is remembered from the moment you check in and they’re respectful of you and do everything they can to please you. The rooms are spotless. Daily maid service is excellent. Walking distance to so so so many things.I would highly highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

The Cape Grace Hotel is elegant, yet comfortable, with an absolutely outstanding staff. The public rooms are beautifully appointed, and the guest rooms provide the most relaxing experience possible. Although our stay was just the beginning of our South African adventure, it was difficult to leave the hotel. Highly recommended.

Arrivals through the security are announced to concierge team to expect your imminent arrival. The welcome is so warm from all the team at Cape Grace, nothing is too much trouble and the smile and enthusiasm is truly heart felt. The front desk is so warm with the welcome, the hospitality team in the library and restaurant are awesome. Attention to detail from housekeeping is magic. We intend to visit Cape Town again and for us The Cape Grace will be our hotel. Congratulations to the Team at Cape Grace on the launch and the undoubted success it will bring.
