Ulasan ONOMO Hotel Cape Town Foreshore

The hotel is fairly okay...The stuff were partly friendly. The breakfast menu was quite okay but i think they can do better by adding more variety..I did not like the fact that one of the days cups ran out so couldn't take coffee or tea.The rooms are small and cosy but very nice. Overall experience was awful as i had a fall out with one of the staff Members ( Thabiso) and the manager ( Thando ).....I had a parcel that i was expecting from Woolworths that did not come and upon trying to understand what transpired it didn't go well and i don't like the way they treated me as a guest.

Fantastic little spot in the heart of Cape Town! Close to everything you need including MyCiti bus transport. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the city for a holiday

It is a fantastic location without the price tag of other hotels. Very modern design and fantastic friendly staff. It is easy walking distance to either the waterfront or city centre and quiet enough to get well rested. Buffet breakfast isn't available in quieter periods, but the food was still great.

Modern & clean. Felt pretty westernised. Rooms are small - bathroom is separate closet for toilet & shower, with sink being in the room. Didn’t bother us. Daily breakfast buffet in lobby was plentiful & assorted hot & cold items. Laundry service was a godsend!

Nice hotel, great staff terrible WiFi, small rooms. Would come here again if did not need to work or use any electronic devices, but that was not the case this time. Was trying to connect to do some work but the WiFi was on for 1 min off for next 20 all the way through the stay. So lost a lot of potential work time that has put me even further behind my schedule. Pity because the staff are great.

Absolute value for the price. Spent a week there whilst exhibiting at the CTICC... Comfortable room with great services. Staff very friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here twice, at the beginning of the week and returned 5 days later after a tour around the Garden Route. Made to feel most welcome. All the staff were most welcoming and helpful. We had been let down by a tour company, Okuhle in Reception went out of her way and organised transport for a trip to see the penguins and Cape of Good Hope before transferring us to the airport. It was a comfortable room and bed, particularly liked the kettle in the room. Good selection at breakfast and dining room staff very helpful and obliging. The location is quite good, security around the area, not far to city centre at all.

Beautiful lobby where you can enjoy your continental breakfast. During the night there is a bar where you can hang out. Employees are friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms do need an update as do the hallways. This was my first time where the shower and the toilet are sectioned off and the sink is in the "bedroom" area. There is little room for two or three suitcases and there is a small section to hang your clothes. The area is a bit shady, but there are security guards around to help make you feel safe. Overall, not a bad place and location for a few days in Cape Town
