Villaggio A Mare

Complex of apartments is really nice place where you can find everything you need. All the stuff except women at the reception is very kind and helpful. However we had bad experience. We've booked and payed for an apartment close to the pool with garden or big terrace half a year in advance. But we got average economy apartment with explanation of woman who calls herself as a director there's no difference between apartments. That was a lie as we verified through the travel agency. The solution is that we'll get difference in price back what wasn't satisfaction for us 🙄We're pretty sure that there is some kind of black business with appartments at the reception. Another negative point are beds. It was extremely uncomfortable in our apartment. Cleaning of appartments is also not so good (spiderwebs everywhere,dirty window curtains),but bathroom was really clean. The beach service is good and it's nice clean place. But you have to ask for sunbeds number every day at reception what's little bit annoying to think about its working hours. If we could be sure that we would get the apartment that we paid for, we would come again despite a couple of negatives.

Perfect location, very good level of accomodation and really helpful staff. Great pizza, coffee and a small shop as well at the entrance. Would be great to have a chance at booking to choose the apartamen by us, probably some pictures about the exact rooms.

Everything was bad - a lot of things in the room was broken, bed was horrible (we couldnt sleep here). We came back home earlier and now we are waiting for compensation from hotel. People at the reception dont want to help you…

Con mio marito siamo appena stati al villaggio Amare per una settimana dal 17 al 24 giugno 2024 e per noi è la seconda volta a distanza di 9 mesi. Confermiamo il giudizio positivo sulla struttura con ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Peccato non sia in funzione il ristorante, ma la pizza che vi fa il pizzaiolo del Villaggio è super buona e digeribile. Al bar del Villaggio si possono trovare tante buone pietanze e la responsabile Federica è molto valida e cortese. Persone disponibili e gentili anche al Panificio e alla reception struttura. Torneremo!!!!

Il villaggio ha una disposizione architettonica molto bella e una piscina fantastica. Ci sono molte stradine in cui passeggiare ed un piccolo parco giochi. Purtroppo l'appartamento affittato, molto caro rispetto al servizio.: zanzariera rotta, terrazzo sporco e minimo minimo, attrezzatura cucina insufficiente e piatti mancanti. Mancano appendi abiti e appendi asciugamani per il lavandino e il lavello. Materassi devastanti a molle che sprofondi. Gli armadi guardaroba altissimi senza stanga per appendere gli abiti. Biancheria coprimaterasso e cuscini sgualcita... Piccolissimo per 4 persone.

Alles wunterbar, nur nächstes Jahr nehmen wir ein größeres Zimmer, die Schlafcouch ist dann doch nicht so das Wahre. Also als Tip für Familien, lieber die 300-400€ mehr bezahlen und ein 2. Schlafzimmer buchen. Ansosnten, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, alles super. Bis 2024

Die Anlage inkl. dem Haus war top! Haus, Pool und die Anlage ist einem sehr gepflegten Zustand! Die Bar am Strand ist ein Highlight! Schade ist nur das die Damen an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich sind! Man traut sich kaum was zu fragen! Auch die Sonnenliegen am Strand (sind im Preis inklusive!)werden jeden Morgen neu vergeben von diesen Damen! Interessanterweise waren die Liegen in der ersten Reihen immer schon vergeben wenn die Rezeption auf machte morgens! Ein Schelm wer da Böses denkt!

Das Haus ist super. Da ist alles sauber , da sind wir voll zufrieden. Aber die Damen an der Reception. Sehr ,sehr unfreundlich. Die Vergabe von den Strandliegen ist sehr unbefriedigend. Man muss morgens mindestens eine halbe Stunde anstehen vor derÖffnung um 9.00 Uhr. Dann werden je nach Sympathie Liegen in der hinteren Reihe oder in der vorderen Reihe vergeben Ein Gast vor mir bekam jeden Tag 2 Liegen in der 1. Reihe, zu mir wurde gesagt, es gibt keine 2 Liegen in der 1.Reihe. Auch hat ein Paar vor uns jeden Tag den selben Platz in der 1. Reihe. Komisch, wenn gesagt wird , es ist ein rollierendes System.!! Also dieses System ist sehr unbefriedigend.

Lokation und Umgebung super! Strand und Voralpen die Bar dort toll! Leider sind die Damen an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich!😏 Die liegen am Strand werden auch über ein System jeden Morgen verteilt bei welchem interessanteres immer die gleichen die Liegen erhalten!😜
