Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Service reagierte freundlich und hilfsbereit aber Reparatur blieb erfolglos. Aber es gab einen Safe im Zimmer, und wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Sonst nichts zu meckern, und wir waren nur eine Nacht dort.

Stayed here for a short business trip. Arrived approx 3pm but couldn’t check in until after 4pm so had to hang around. Had upgraded room, which was spacious and comfortable, although basic had decent decor with blackout shutters. Bottled water provided but not replenished, no tea and coffee making facilities, irons provided on request. Hotel reception closed at 7 so need a passcode to enter the building- found a few ppl stuck outside when returning later in the evening. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but was provided if wanted. All in all good basic hotel and not too far a walk from the main Croisette area.

Was surprised that checkin was at 4pm which seems late. We got to the hotel at 1pm to leave our bags and were advised that our room would be ready soon so we waited, we waited for 3 hours… and the room wasn’t ready until after 4.30pm. As compensation we were offered free breakfast however I don’t eat breakfast and nothing else was offered. I wouldn’t advise paying for the breakfast as from seeing it there was little to eat plus there are many more options in the bakeries of Cannes. After waiting for 3 hours and noticing that the maids were sitting outside talking, hence the delay, we got to our room but there were no towels. On my way to reception I informed a maid who quickly got me towels and water. The decor and f the hotel confused me as it’s like they have tried to modernise things by giving the a lick of paint, which has then chipped and looked unkempt. We had broken furniture on the balcony and some plug sockets that didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t good, lift was small and there’s no internal lock on the room door, we also found it difficult to open the door with the key. Buttons on the safe were temperamental but worked. On the plus side the bed was comfy, room clean and there was a TV, hairdryer, fridge and working AC. Staff were friendly and there’s nice furniture outside. There’s a supermarket less than 10 mins walk and the centre of Cannes/ train station is 10/15 mins walk. There’s a bus stop nearby. The hotel is up a hill so wouldn’t be good for walking if you have mobility issues. Hotel isn’t staffed 24 hours so make sure you note/ take a picture of the main entrance door. Pool was run down and although clean there was chipped paint that made it look dirty. The jacuzzi wasn’t working either. On the last morning the maid came in before check out although there was a dnd sign on the door.

Posizione strategica per visitare (1,3 km dal centro storico), hotel ordinato ma non pulitissimissimo (un po' di polvere in giro, ma nulla di che), piscina esterna, caffe gratis e parcheggio interno a pagamento. I prezzi variano molto in base alla stagione, ma sono abbordabili. Personale disponibile.

Wat een vreselijk hotel, Een “deluxe” kamer geboekt, er was precies niks deluxe aan. We zouden een bad, koffie thee enzovoort op de kamer. Niks van waar! Ik ben naar de receptie gelopen dat we echt niet blij waren. Ze konden alleen maar een beetje dom van zich afkijken en moesten het maar uitzoeken! Ook nog een mail erachter aan gestuurd, geen reactie! Fietsen verhuur zat er gratis bij in! Wel lastig fietsen met fietsen die allemaal lekke banden hebben. Voor ons NOOIT meer!

Rapport qualité prix excellent. A environ 10mn à pieds du Martinez et du centre piéton, l hôtel est situé dans une rue relativement calme. La deco est sympa, reste quelques petites imperfections, mais le prix est tellement attractif. Balcon, clim, piscine, accueil tres sympa, parking, on le recommande.

Hotel piccolo ma grazioso con piscina e jacuzzi non tanto distante dal centro. Il personale è stato gentile e ci ha risolto un problema con la camera Colazione varia e buona Parcheggio interno in garage ma prenotabile,non sempre disponibile ma con la possibilità di parcheggiare nei due posti esterni. La camera abbastanza basica,il bagno rifatto ma ha bisogno di qualche attenzione in più

Hotel a Cannes in posizione tranquilla e con camere accoglienti e ben curate. Personale gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signorina della reception, che avendo avuto un problema con ********* per il pagamento del soggiorno, si è adoperata in modo gentile e molto professionale per la risoluzione del caso. Se qualcuno deve soggiornare a Cannes, suggerisco di farlo presso questa struttura. Anche la colazione e varia e abbondante.

Hôtel bien placé par rapport au centre ville . Accueil sympathique avec Clara très disponible et efficace pour remettre le téléviseur en fonction. Elle a de bonnes adresses pour les restaurants . Je recommande cet établissement.

Hotel carino in ottima posizione. Personale gentilissimo. Piscina molto piccola ma quà si va al mare 😃 Neo grosso prenotato con booking nessun riferimento al fatto che esistono camere in un piano interrato che sono senza finestra. Esistono due mini finestrine ad altezza soffitto che non puoi aprire e senza tenda cosi la mattina hai la luce in faccia. Se fosse specificato uno puó scegliere altra stanza.

Molto bello e pulito, personale cordiale. Per persone che non hanno paura di camminare 8-10 minuti per arrivare alla spiaggia, ma percorso interessante perché si ossa da vari negozi e ristoranti. Prendete tutto per andare in spiaggia, perché tornare per una dimenticanza potrebbe essere faticoso 😂

Pessimo hotel ,molto squallido ,camere piccoli e molto sconfortevoli ,non c’è un po’ di posto per appoggiare una valigia ,apparte tutto che all inizio ci era stata segnata una camera piano sotterraneo con finestra e grada tipo una cella ,con un bagno fatiscente ,senza neanche un porta asciugamani ,solo uno era prendere nel bagno ed anche rotto inutilizzabile ,dopo di che abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera perché era invivibile per trascorrerci una settimana di ferie ,e avviamo rosso in altra camera ,ma nell insieme ,albergo scarso con poco servizio ,anche a livello di pulizia camera zero ,veniva rifatto solo il letto è cambiato i teli ,ma la camera non era neanche spolverata

You made a reservation for a Small room which is indicated as "economic" on the website you use for your reservation. This room have a surface area from 13sqm that is clearly indicated in our website and our partners, it is curious that you find out about it when your arrive. In addition, you also seem surprise about the floor in which this room was located, which, once again, is clearly indicated on our website and partners "located exclusively on the ground floor". We were sensitive to your disappointment and find you a room available on the thrird (and upper) floor of the hotel for the next morning. You mentioned a broken towel rail (in the first room...) that was not broken at the time our team cleaned the room that day, it is possible that the rail was fragilised (it can always happened with furnitures) but it was not left broken and unrepair for our guest to discover as you imply. I will not comment on the "dilapidated" bathroom, it is right that our bathroms have not been modernised, however, we do not hide it, as you can find pictures of these "dilapidated" bathrooms verywhere on our website, ***********, *******... We have nothing to hide. I take your concerns about the cleaning of our rooms extremely seriously and I will address this directly with my housekeeping staff, however, I wonder why would you have want to add an extra night to your intial 4 nights stay if our hotel was so disappointing, poor, bad, shabby and dirty as you took the time to write in this lovely review... I personnaly would not have stayed even one night in such disaster. Sincerely,

Wir waren wieder einmal im Cannes Gallia. Und hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Pool, um zwischendurch einmal etwas zu chillen. Das Housekeeping ist leider eine Schwachstelle des Hotels. Es wird nicht sehr gründlich nachgelegt, mal fehlt Tee, mal die Kleenex. Und unser Bettzeug wurde die ganze Woche nicht gewechselt. Oder ausgeklopft, wir hatten immer etwas Sand im Bett, das sollte nicht sein. Die freundliche Dame am Check-in sollte auch einmal einen Englisch-Kurs für Touristik-Fachkräfte besuchen. Das muss man in einem so schönen Hotel in einem Tourist-Spot wie Cannes einfach erwarten können, dass das Personal am Front Desk etwas besseres Englisch drauf hat. Die Rechnungsabteilung bedarf auch etwas Schulung. Ich habe bereits beim Check-in darauf hingewiesen, dass ich eine Rechnung mit Firmenadresse benötige, sogar meine Visitenkarte zu diesem Zweck hinterlassen. Beim Check-out bekam ich keine Rechnung. Auf meine Erinnerung per Mail kam die Rechnung - ohne Firmenadresse. Ich musste nochmals nachhaken, dann kam die korrekte Rechnung. Wenn das Cannes Gallia an diesen kleinen "Baustellen" arbeitet, ist es wirklich ein tolles Hotel für einen privaten oder Business Aufenthalt in Cannes!
