I'm not entirely happy with this choice. I had to use Uber, which increased the cost because it's far from the center, and it's a long way to the bus stop to walk in the heat. The place is small and needs renovation, there's an old smell. Sunbeds at the pool are charged extra, and there aren't enough bedding for two people. Everything should be included in the price.

Dans le cadre de ma réservation effectuée via VEEPEE pour un séjour à la "villa francia" du samedi 27 juillet au samedi 03 août. Lors de notre arrivée nous constatons que le logement s'avère délabré (voir photographies ci-dessous) ; - Miettes dans les couverts - Tâches sur les draps - Tâches sur les rideaux - Humidité considérable - Canapé taché - Mûr fissuré etc… Voyageant avec un enfant de onze mois, l'humidité présentant un risque, nous nous rendons alors à l'accueil et demandons un remboursement. Les hôtesses d'accueil nous renvoient alors vers veepee qui eux-mêmes nous renvoient vers MAEVA. A noter : la responsable du site nous explique qu'au regard du prix payé, le logement s'avère conforme au prix payé. Madame, je réitère donc ma question ; est-ce qu'un prix attractif justifie l'insalubrité ? Est-ce que toute personne (sans distinction ne moyen financier) ne mérite-t-elle pas un logement propre ? A ce jour, nous restons dans l'attente d'un remboursement aussi bien de la part de VEEPEE que de MAEVA.

Nous avions réservé un séjour très attendu mais avons dû l'annuler en raison des intempéries prévues et des récentes inondations dans la région, reconnues comme catastrophe naturelle. Soucieux de notre sécurité ainsi que des recommandations locales, il nous paraissait prudent de ne pas nous rendre sur place. Malheureusement, le prestataire n'a pas manifesté de flexibilité pour décaler nos dates de réservation. Nous comprenons qu'il existe une politique d'annulation, mais exiger un préavis de 30 jours dans un contexte où la météo peut changer drastiquement du jour au lendemain paraît peu conciliant. Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié dans ces circonstances exceptionnelles. Nous espérons que l'établissement reconsidérera sa politique face à ces situations particulières à l'avenir, afin d'offrir une meilleure expérience client.

accueil agréable, cependant concernant le logement est déplorable, la cuvette des wc cassée pas agréable ! concernant la salle de bain le sèche serviette rouillée et apparemment + vaisselle pas très propre lors de l’arrivé Apparemment mal entretenu Nous avons rendu le logement nettoyer et ranger malgré cela la caution des 50€ de nettoyage on été facturé !

I stayed at this property from December 30, 2023 to January 2, 2024. We arrive on the 30th in the late afternoon and upon our arrival a woman welcomes us at the reception who explains things to us. Then when I try to turn on the water in the kitchen sink I realize that the drain pipe is broken and therefore it all comes out. I sent an email to the management, the reception was already closed. Meanwhile, at night I can't rest because the fan makes an absurd noise and also the heaters are not suitable for heating the room. the following morning, 12/31, I go to the reception and with great surprise I find the sign that they are closed until 1/2/2024 and for any need send an email (to the address I had already written) or contact a number phone. Well I call that number and the phone rings in the reception Fox. At this point I turn to the only person present who is the supervisor (I know he has nothing to do with it) to whom I explain what happened and with a lot of patience he manages to contact someone from the structure to whom he explains the situation. Don't believe it but this genius sent me the cleaning ladies. Two poor souls who were only able to notice the water problem and solved it by placing a bucket underneath. I send another email to an address that was provided to me and here they reply that I am on holiday until the 7th and that they would evaluate my problem from January 8th. Furthermore, in the garages there were cars where water from the sewer drain pipes fell on them. What can I say: terrible welcome, terrible structure and as I have already written, AVOID MAEVA at this structure.
