Andorra An excellent hotel for a family holiday in the snow of Andorra. From the moment we arrived we were very well received and we felt cared for every day by the hotel staff. The architecture is very well chosen for a modern mountain climate. The facilities for children, in the kids club, in the pool and on the ski slope, are great. We went with our 3 year old son and in addition to having his first contact with snow, he had a lot of fun. The restaurants are very good. Breakfast is prepared with care for each guest. The ski structure, both on the hotel slope and in the rental of clothes, equipment and transfer to Soldeu worked very well. Lockers per apartment greatly facilitate logistics between the hotel and the slopes. Highly recommended and we would definitely repeat if we returned to Andorra

+ - Beautiful hotel, brand new. Decorated with style - Nice rooms with good amenities - Appreciated the welcome in the room - Good quality products at breakfast - - Location: along the main road - No air con. When it's + 30° outside and you pay 300 euros for a room, you expect it. Couldn't open the windows at night as it was way too noisy. - Service quite bad at breakfast

This is a very good choice for ski trip. There is two small ski slopes wich beginners can use for free before going to grandvalira, which is a huge benefit compared to other resorts. FB is very strong, all the restaurants delivered high quality food, breakfast was amazing with fresh produce and fresh juices. Dinner at Bruna was nice, but even the bar food was very tasty and fresh. Spa place is great, steam room light therapy etc..everything was clean and free to use. Didn't do a treatment. Service was also very good and all the staff was super nice, everyone had great presentation/well dressed and willing to help. Many people were multilingual, which was impressive. Rooms are huge and feature a balcony. The bed is super comfy, bathroom are luxury and well appointed. Nespresso machine available too. You really can't go wrong choosing this hotel. I could probably live there on permanent basis !

First the positive. Fantastic service and friendly staff, friendly towards kids, very nice spa area (open for kids until 05:00 PM), great breakfast (fresh orange juice, made to order pancakes and eggs) and very nice restaurant with a nice wine list. Very nice outside terasse for drinks etc. Reason for low rating is how poorly I slept. I do not think the hotel is suitable for summer. It was simply too hot. No aircondition, so only option is to open windows. This however, meant that the very busy road just outside was very loud with speeding motorcycles etc. at least until 02:30 AM, also an issue next door building emptied their trash jo next to the room (picture upladed). After I wrote a complaint in the middle of the night, the friendly staff upgraded us from a family room to a suite at 4th floor, it was a bit better, but still the noise was not suitable for a luxury stay in the mountains. I was more stressed leaving than arriving. I complained again at check in, but the very nice staff cannot fix lack of air-condition and location next to busy road. I would only consider going in winter time.

The best customer service that I have ever experienced. After checking in I was taken to my room and shown how things worked. After settling in I went to the lobby desk and said that I would like a small table for my balcony. Done within an hour . I also said that I needed a power strip, they gave me one right away. Again, the staff was amazing. I have never flown Emirates first class. but I imagine that the service here was similar! The staff all seemed to like their jobs. The room was fine- a little fridge, great wifi, TV worked well. Breakfast was served until 10:30 am. Meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit etc. And eggs made to order. I spent some time at the bar in the evenings, the staff was great. There is a very large patio with tables where you can eat or have drinks. All of the room balconies have 2 chairs, I guess my only suggestion would be little tables for the balconies that one could put beverages on etc.

We spent 4 nights in this revamped iconic hotel in Soldeu, and can’t recommend it more. In addition to probably being the top place to stay in skiing season, it’s also a perfect place to enjoy sunny summer days at Andorra. It’s a medium sized hotel, completely remodelled in nov 2021, with amazing amenities and services: like Cocktail bar (with a large list of proper cocktails), amazing restaurant (with room service), a huge kids room, fitness&Welness area (which massages are insanely good, including an amazing couple’s cabin with jacuzzi). They also have parties on Saturdays/Sundays with live music. On top of that, I think probably the best thing of the hotel is the team that works there. From guest services (Emanuela), waitresses (Nina), kids room manager, massage therapists… to the hotel manage (carlos) who were on top of everything to make our stay truly special.

Was one of the best experiences lately. Awesome personnel, friendly and professional. Andrea made our visit unforgettable. We came for the late dinner to Bruna but in the end stayed in their beautiful and stylish hotel Canaro. So stylish. Astonishing details, textures and fresh smell. Very clean. We couldn’t just leave this awesome place. Tried good wines and food was excellent. Also their spa (thanks Anita for awesome massage!)! It was the best impression of Andorra for us, thanks Bruna and Canaro team (hi, Miguel!). Dreaming of coming back soon ♥️

Such a great hotel. Everything new and just refurbished. Location is TOP TOP TOP. rooms very large and without doubt 5star. Breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel and it’s first class. Probably the best option in Andorra

From the minute we walked in the door to the moment we checked out, this place was there to help. They offered a complementary drink after our 3 hour drive to get there. They offered hand towels to clean up. The bell boy brought our bags up to our room. They made dinner reservations for us after offering several suggestions for supper. The breakfast buffet was large compared to many European hotel breakfasts. The bell boy made sure we had everything when we left.
