Room is dirty there is no Tv working ,his room like a staff room ,no door bell ,Nothing fridge totally wastage of money room

The staffs are good but the place is very old and the pool is not clear, dogs will be there, ac is pretty old, no kettles

Completely terrible hotel and make trip is worst then ixigo. Never book again in make my trip

Room was ok, not so good no room service was given on daily basis network and wi-fi connectivity is really worst

This property didn’t deserve single star. Rooms are totally different compare to show in pictures so pls don’t go with this type of worst hotel for your goa trip. Hotel needs lots of maintenance as well. Staff and manager(mandal) need to teach how to talk with customer and how to co-ordinate with them. If you are booked online and go then they will not response properly. and they dont have any kitchain if you take room with breakfast you have to go in another hotel to take breakfast

Useless and very bad place to stay.. No. Room service.. Ac water falls on the bed. Advice not to go there. Even tea is not available.. Staff very bad.. Hygeine in very poor.. Mood was spoilt after going there

Hotel is terrible we have worst experience breakfast is not even eatable very bad quality and even breakfast used to be finished within an hour never get proper breakfast and in terms of cleanliness hotel is worst not worth at all. Worst experience

It is a big property. However, rooms are not properly maintained. No hygiene. Mosquitos in room. Window open in bathroom and unhygienic. Pathetic. Not worth for the money you are giving
