Ulasan Sandos Cancun All Inclusive

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Staff were also very helpful. I enjoyed the activities that they had daily at the resort. I didn’t have a need to leave the resort for anything. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no latch on the inside of my room door to keep anyone from using a key to walking in without my permission while I’m in the room. I improvised and set a little trap to know if someone is coming in, but I would prefer the latch be on the door like all other rooms I’ve ever been in. Other than that, the resort was awesome.

Sandos cancun is an amazing all inclusive property. It is very safe and secure from security at the front gates to security down on the beach and walking the property at night. The food is amazing, with a lot of options for all to enjoy. The staff make sure you are enjoying your self, right from the time you wake up, to soaking up the sun at the pool or the beach, and both daily and nightly entertainment. It was a great time and hands down will recommend Sandos to everyone!

Sandos is only about 25 minutes from the airport, which in my opinion is the only positive point of this resort. The rooms are average, the faucet was constantly dripping, the shower head barely worked. Food was okay, the guy who makes pizza by the pool is the absolute worst person to deal with at the resort. The resort also doesn't have a hot tub, without you paying for Spa services.

I did not like that I paid for a ocean partial view and once I got to the hotel I paid a extra 168$ for a upgraded ocean view and I was given a room with the same partial view with the roof of the 1st floor underneath my balcony to where I could not sleep or feel secure with leaving my balcony doors open because someone from another room on that same floor could jump on that roof and jump into my balcony , horrible experience, Sandos Cancun 👎👎

The best part about this property is that it is smaller and feels like the staff and management are invested in making your stay a memorable one. It is large enough that there is a variety of different things to do if you want, but small enough that it feels cozy and friendly.

We were 11 friends who stayed at Sandos Cancun for 5 days during spring break. We had an amazing time and it was much better than our expectations. Our rooms were clean, the food was great and diverse, and there was lots to do every day!

This is a kind of do it yourself checking type of property. Everything is handled via an app. The building is clean, conveniently located to shopping and dining venues. Very safe and walkable. The neighborhood is known as the epicenter if that culture of the city. Very lively and clean.

Choosing a smaller resort definitely paid off when it came too food. The food was pretty decent for an AI. The staff were amazing and a lot of fun. The only disappointment we had was the musics they played by the pool! We did not fly all the way to Mexico to hear Whitney Houston, Brick House, or any old school US music. Why can’t you play some Latin music or reggaeton! Several guests were complaining about it. Adam at bar two was playing better music. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time there.

I will definitely return! The staff were so kind and fun! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your time. So many options for food and drink. Gorgeous pools. The beach is breathtaking. The gym was fantastic. My room was so comfortable and large! Just a very special place!

Why did they run out of meat on a Wednesday for breakfast and then shrimp for a prebooked hibachi dinner. Good was Luke warm most days.

David the bartender is the BEST! Rafael (was at the steakhouse) AMAZING. Francisco (was at the italian) AWESOME! Great service and entertainers :)

It was a great property however, it is set up where you have to meet with the property agents because they have a vacation club they want you join. It feels a bit like a time share and they make it hard to say no. You just have to be firm of not interested. Otherwise it is a beautiful location
