Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

The hotel is amazing, the service is unbeatable, the food is a 10 and the service is 10 out of 10.

It's right opposite the beach. It's hard to find a parking space when checking in during the day. The hotel has its own independent parking space, but it's only 10 euros a night. I don't recommend it because there are a lot of parking spaces at night. You can check in in the afternoon and go to Palma city center to play and eat. , there are a lot of parking spaces at the door when you come back in the evening. Find one close to the hotel. The hotel service and breakfast are good in all aspects.

Everything perfect, cleanliness, service, rooms... we went on a trip as a couple and it's spectacular. I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel, unbelievable buffet, great location. Great clean room. Hotel located in the northern part of the island. Weather was perfect for cycling maybe too cold for Beach. Was there for nine days of Cycling. Would definitely recommend and go there again.

Lovely hotel , clean and well looked after . The food was excellent and the whole place had a friendly atmosphere thanks to the wonderful staff especially Evgeril on reception calm and knowledgeable nothing too much trouble and Gabriela whos smile lit up the bar. Thankyou all

Fantastic hotel. 10 min walk to the beach. Spa shop right at the entrance to buy water snacks and any forgotten essentials. The hotel was clean and tidy. Got there to find we had been upgraded to a suite. Lovely large rooms. Plenty of hangers and storage space. Large balcony area with chairs and table. Large comfortable bed. We also had a sofa bed in the room. Kettle and coffee maker in the room. Great shower. Some shampoo/shower gel supplied. Towels changed daily. Can hire pool towels from reception for €10, you can change it daily by the pool but needs to be returned to reception to get your money back. There is a roof bar. Don’t need to book to use the bar but you need to book with the roof bar to eat dinner. The main restaurant has plenty of food options. Very few items are labelled. They put the vegetarian food in one section and have a section for gluten free. Huge salad section. Breakfast 8-10.30am then up to 11.30am continental only. Lunch from 1pm and dinner from 6.30pm. There is a dress code for the restaurant, you can’t go in with swimming costumes. You need to be covered. Limited selection of drinks in the restaurant. Lots of wines to choose from. The pool snack bar is open 12.30-5pm. You can get burgers, hotdogs, chips, salads, fruit, ice cream. The main bar is open 10am till midnight. 2 drinks per person, including soft drinks. Big selection. Ask for a menu. They don’t leave the out. There is evening entertainment. Kids show/disco with some sort of show/performance from 9.30pm. The pools are not heated. Absolutely freezing. Loads of sunbeds but imagine you still need to fight for them in high season. Loads of tables and chairs though. The only issue in this hotel is the lift. You cannot call the lift to your floor so be prepared to walk down. Once down you can call the lift to go up. We had to do this the whole break. So walk down call the lift to go to the roof bar. This was a really problem when leaving with suitcases. Something needs to be done about the lifts. Not sure what you would do if you have any accessibility issues.

We had a lovely welcome at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly. The food is good but like all holiday hotels you needed to find the things you liked. Breakfast was good we only ate dinner there on one night. Eugene on the fro t desk was very friendly and helpful, he made the stay very special. The rooms are large but the sound from showered and toilets was a problem at night. You heard them all, we were in the first floor and wondered if higher up was better but you would still hear the neighbouring rooms. We used earplugs which helped. Can Picafort is a lovely place try the Argentinian Steak Restaurant we went there three times 😀 lovey staff and food. Prices were good also. Did not like the Alma/ Hawaiian Bar we ordered pizza it was not good. 😒 Enjoyed our stay at Tonga Towers fully recommend. Good local bus service to Alicante and other areas. Caves if Drach amazing.

We've just returned from this Hotel for the first time as a large family and had a great time. It wasn't busy at all and there was plenty room at the pools. We used the childrens pool area the whole time and it felt like our own private pool. the children loved it. they are 2 and 5 and the water level was just right for them with slides and a pirate ship they were more than happy. The bar was just outside the gate which was handy. we loved that the kids area was gated and really secure. We spent a cloudy afternoon in the heated indoor pool which was fun. its 1 metre depth so kids needed swim vests. Agree with others the gap in the balcony was worrying but we wouldn't let the children on the balcony unsupervised regardless. The bar staff were fantastic and made us feel really welcome. There was little entertainment but it may have been a bit early in the year. We didnt really enjoy the food but had a good breakfast and went out for dinner every night. The restaurant staff weren't pleasant but did seem to do long hours so probably exhausted. There are some lovely local restaurants and the small town just suited us for a family holiday. We would definitely return again to Tonga at this time of year as we had a fantastic time.

The hotel is well managed. However, it is rather large in size and not at all a boutique hotel with an individual touch. Thoug food and bavberages and services are good. Unfortunately, the safe box in each room is not for free, which is below par for a 4* hotel.

Awful hotel, awful staff, undrinkable drinks (coming from someone who loves a wine or a cocktail) and food that gives you severe FOOD POISONING! Noisy, in the middle of nowhere. Complete waste of time and money. I told TUI (who we booked this through) and was offered no compensation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Few days away we had 4 days 3 nights at the hotel in can Picafort it was lovely, helpful staff great food and drink, hotel room was fab,and it was quite busy for march the weather was a bit cold and windy but blankets were available from the sky bar while sitting drinking overall we would recommend hotel we had a relaxing few days away
