Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Campalto 5 km from the centre of San Vincenzo, 5 km from the centre of Venturina, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: park 6'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (150 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 25.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, slide, hot tub, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, patio, arbour, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In der wunderbaren, sehr gepflegten Garten und Poollandschaft einige Tage geniessen. Das Anwesen ist gelegen in riesigen Olivenhainen, das Meer am Horizont zwinkert dem Schauenden zu, so phantastisch war es.
