Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) Hotel

Jika Anda memesan hotel ini, pastikan Anda meminta kamar yang tidak berdekatan dengan A14. Saya terbangun karena lalu lintas sekitar pukul 3 pagi dan tidak bisa tidur lagi. Suaranya sangat bising. Saya sebenarnya memutuskan untuk tidak meminta pindah kamar karena saya yakin kebisingan akan mereda selama akhir pekan. Tidak, jalanan sangat ramai setiap hari.

Staf yang sangat ramah dan standar penginapan yang lebih tinggi dari biasanya. Rachele dan Ada juga berusaha keras untuk membantu pemesanan lebih lanjut. Cukup dekat dengan pusat kota dan kamar yang bersih dan rapi. Staf juga sangat baik hati menjaga barang bawaan kami selama beberapa jam tambahan saat kami melakukan beberapa tugas.

Disgusting Customer Service. Booked for two nights weeks ahead. Got woken up after first night with banging from building work going on that shook the building. Not seen my mum for nine months and arranged to meet for lunch so very stressed when I got to her. Complained before I left hotel for lunch. Got back to hotel after lunch and was told it was going to carry on for a few more days as having a refurbishment. They offered me a different room but I would have got woken the next morning. I had to phone Customer Service who said I would not get a refund because of "the rate I was on". They were very condescending, no empathy and their promises are broken with their adverts of a good night sleep, request for script of phone call, the enjoyment of my room for the whole 48hrs that I had paid for. As I was packing a guy was hoovering outside my room. I will under no circumstances use WHITBREAD and PREMIUM INN when spending my hard earned money and valuable holiday time. I look forward seeing the collapse of The Company.

Over the years I have used Premier Inns on many occasions.Ther is no doubt I would rate this the lowest for many reasons.On one night grill broken which affected the menu choice which was not without limitations anyway.One of my guests who was also staying was really disgusted by one of the meals served as a main choice.One hour before starter! A joke.! However breakfasts usual high standard and rooms more than adequate, Staff friendly. Easy access to Cambridge.

Hotel was great, just as expected. Clean Tidy & comfortable. Restaurant was not good. We had a meal deal for first night. It was extremely cold in there manager had said she put heater up but didn’t make any difference. Evening meal was ok but My steak got cold quite quickly. My partner’s pancake pudding was stone cold & hard. Asked if we would like a replacement but by then we had been in the restaurant for over 1. 1/2 hours. The restaurant was not busy but the service was very slow. Declined as Just wanted to get back to our room. Now understand why other people staying in hotel were going out to get food & bring back to eat. Which is what we did on 2nd night. Would not recommend this restaurant. Worst experience we have ever had at a Premiere Inn Restaurant.

Everything was pretty much as you'd expect from Premier Inn in terms of room and comfort etc, unfortunately the service we experienced at dinner was well below expectations. I was with my daughter, after a long day competing in a Swimming meet, we were looking forward to sitting down and enjoying a meal in the evening. In short, every element of my daughters order was served incorrectly - wrong flavour drink, Plain burger served with burger sauce, Sticky toffee pudding and custard served with ice cream. It took 20 mins for a replacement burger to be served with "won't be long" or "just toasting the bun" when we chased - I'd long since finished my meal by the time it arrived. Another long wait before the dessert was served, then re-served. Not a hint of an apology for the poor service or long waits.
