Hotel is just outside Na Trang on a beach that I think was called Bai Dai. New hotel, so immaculate. My room was perfect for a rest day, large French windows that I opened fully and relaxed on and off the big balcony. Staff super friendly. It’s a resort so would need transport to get into town. Very few other guests on my visit.

Wonderful hotel. Very beautiful and incredibly beautiful hotel territory, and what fabulous views open from the rooms. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied, as well as dinners, every day something new, everything is very tasty. Coffee machines are everywhere and in the main restaurant and in the bars, you can drink coffee at any time.

The water play facilities were well-equipped so it was fun to play and I stayed for 2 nights with full board. At first, I liked the hotel buffet but later I got tired of it and regretted it as I only had breakfast.

The hotel is new, quiet, beautiful - you can see that they are trying. The soundproofing in the room is weak) The bus takes you to Nha Trang. But when locals come on weekends, the vacation is over) they are very, very noisy! If on weekdays you hear classical music in the restaurant, then on weekends there is a real hum from them. In the rooms they talk very loudly, smoke. Why the staff does not separate guests by floors is not clear.

It was newly built so the facilities were good and the price was good as breakfast and dinner were included. The pool facilities were also very good and well managed. I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel from 13.02.25 to 17.02.25. The hotel is new 2024. The room overlooked the pool, a magnificent view! Two large pools. We liked everything very much, clean, cozy! The beach with magnificent sand is nearby. Responsive staff, always ready to help. The restaurant is simply gorgeous, the food is very tasty. We lived on an all-inclusive basis - you can eat and drink all day long.... We will definitely come back, we liked everything very much!!!

It was clean and well-equipped, perhaps because it was newly built. The only regret was that it was too crowded during dinner time, so it was hard to find a seat.

There is a beautiful beach located about 15 minutes by car from the airport. The food was beautifully decorated and delicious. I liked it so much that I would like to stay for several nights next time. Thank you very much.

Please be careful with the information on this hotel. This time I requested a king bed room. The image showed a very wide bed, so I had high expectations. In reality, it was a queen bed of about 1.8m, less than 2m? When I looked at the introduction page, it was indeed displayed as a small 1.8m to 3m bed, and the photo showed a small bed. It almost feels like a scam. I stayed for two nights, but it was too small to sleep, so I asked to change the room to a twin for the second night. I got a surprising response. If you want to change the room, you need to pay a considerable additional fee! Both twin and one-bed rooms were introduced for the same price, so why? I was surprised by the reason 💢 For consecutive nights, they only do simple cleaning, not clean at all If you want a new room, you have to pay that cost... It was an unbelievable response, and they didn't even try to listen to what I had to say after that, saying, "If you have a complaint, tell the travel agency! The hotel is not directly contracted with you, so don't complain!" It was almost abusive. After that, whenever I tried to talk to other staff, they would interrupt me, and when I asked how to get into town, they told me to call a taxi! The fact that they're even recommending a hotel like this is a big problem. I now understand why, despite the hotel's large size, there are less than 10% of guests. I wasn't refunded for the second night, but I felt so bad that I made a duplicate reservation at the Sheraton Hotel, about 30 minutes away by car. It was a waste of money, but I couldn't stand the stress of staying in a hotel with staff like that. I stay in hotels about 80 to 100 days a year for work and personal reasons, but this was the worst hotel I've stayed in in the last few years. The breakfast was also terrible, like animal feed.

This hotel just opened this year and was very clean, but it seemed like the staff were still getting used to it. There were few staff members who could speak English, so we often had to use a translation app on our phones to communicate. However, the staff were very kind and had a very good attitude. New and modern hotel. Pros: 1. Spacious room, good sound insulation, has everything you need: kettle, tea set, refrigerator, safe, water replenished every day, 2 bottles, shampoos, conditioners, toothbrushes, hairdryer (powerful), slippers, bathrobes. Everything is new, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed sheets are snow-white, the towels are soft and fluffy. Wi-Fi is normal except during peak hours. Large flat Smart TV with YouTube. 2. Cleaning and change of towels daily, bed sheets every 2-3 days. It’s convenient that the do not disturb button next to the bed turns on the red indicator at the entrance. They clean well, they try very hard, but sometimes they forget about the balcony and under the bed. 3. The hotel area itself is clean and well-groomed, there are two large swimming pools of different depths, there are beautiful areas for photos, as well as several playgrounds, a small water park for kids and a children's room with trampolines and slides in the hotel itself. 4. The staff is responsive, the guys from the reception are trying to help, all the employees from the cleaners to the gardeners are polite, smiling and welcoming. 5. The first line, the beach is sand, there were no big waves, there is a net with buoys in the sea, there are children's vests, a lifeguard is on duty, beach towels are given out near the pool. 6. Food on weekends (the hotel is very busy) varied and fresh, Vietnamese and European cuisine, delicious desserts. Minuses: 1. There is nothing nearby, the hotel has a free transfer once a day to Nha Trang. 2. The hotel has not yet been completed, there is no noisy work in it, but another hotel is being built nearby. 3. Food, some days there was simply no choice, very little fruit and desserts, sometimes it was not tasty, there was a stale mess. 4. Beach, in the afternoon there is garbage in the sea and on the shore: plastic bags, bottles, boards, they don’t clean everything up right away. Not enough foot shower. 5.Complete lack of animation. I recommend the hotel to those who like a quiet all-inclusive holiday, I hope they will complete the construction, eliminate the shortcomings and we will come back here again!
