Tempat yang strategik, dekat dgn mall The Spring Mall Disediakan tempat letak kenderaan. Tp, parking dbawah hotel ada limit parking Pstu, tndasnya yg dlm bilik hotel xda kunci😆 Kolamnya utk budak ja, cetek. Bkn utk kolam dewasa

My room is level 1.. a bit noisy at night. Other than that is okay. The bellboy is very helping and the receptionist also nice

Room is clean, very comfortable Wifi is good Food is tasty, room service is great

I’ve booked the Family Suite for my family. Room was spacious, we have our own living room with divider between the beds, and plus the microwave. Overall, I was happy with the accommodation just that the bathroom was a little bit smaller for that room type.

Nice place to stay. Near to shopping place and easy to find place to eat.Can see the sea view if you get the right room.

Room is super huge but small bathroom and whole room quite empty even is super huge

The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is so nice for a relaxing sleep. There is a nice pool for kids on rooftop with great view of the sea. It’s near to Spring Bintulu Mall and the beach. Will return next trip.

Room is really spacious and clean. Bed sheets and comforters were comfortable to sleep in and the towels are great after a long day.

Request for sea view, but not available during my trip.
