Ambiente familiar y gente feliz. Lo repetiría seguro. Calpe es lindo y el hotel no te da ganas de irte. Me encantó

Bien situado,personal atento y amable,cena mejorable , desayuno completo,instalaciones limpias habitación un poco antigua y sin vistas, éramos una pareja y nos dieron habitación con dos camas,para una noche estuvo bien

Me asignaron una habitación doble con sala de estar, estuve cómoda y a mis anchas. Sobre la estancia del buffet tal vez ya le hace falta una renovación. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Lo k no nos gustó es k la cafetería no abre x las mañanas y la cierran a las 12 x la noche

Estuvimos el fin de semana, genial la ubicación y la limpieza del hotel, estupendo en la piscina, y en primera línea, estuvimos tan agusto que suple el que el mobiliario fuera algo viejecito. Volveremos.

Stayed there with a group of people for 8 nights. The rooms were always clean and all the staff were amazing. Best hotel staff I have ever encountered and I travel a lot! The facilities were a little tired but everything was clean. Food was good , you could always find something that you liked. Inside heated swimming-pool with water gym. Gym and spa. Good garden and great view. Very easy to walk everywhere around the town.

This hotel is so clean and in a perfect location. Really close to the beach. Not many things to do outside the hotel for children not sure if it was because we went out of season. Pool was cold but warmed up throughout our stay. We used the spa changing rooms on the day of our flight as check out was midday. Staff were very friendly and lots of local Spanish people at resort which shows it was a good choice. I went with my 7 year old and mum. Food was a lovely selection each day always fresh. Please be aware drinks are not included in the full board option so at lunch and dinner there is bottles of water / wine which are accessible but these are not free! I learned the hard way after helping myself one afternoon only to be told I would be charged! 3 euros for a bottle of water. We got a jug of sangria instead each lunch time at 11 euros each. Normally we would take squash or a drink brought from the supermarket for my son. Not lots going on at the hotel for children but think if we went later in the season this would be different. Just note in the pictures of the pools there is a pool for residents only which we were not allowed to use it didn’t make this clear when booking. Was a shame as I’m sure it’s a heated pool and most of the time was empty! All in all a good hotel and we would return. I would say the hotel is more aimed at couples, adults rather than children there was a pool table, a ride on motorbike and small arcade machine but that’s i in regards to entertainment. We didn’t attend any entertainment at night as it started so late but a few people we spoke to said it was ok. Can’t comment on the spa as we didn’t use it. But looked nice enough when we went to use the changing rooms. Free WiFi works great.

Overall good stay .Big room excellent shower.Very clean ,beds comfy big balcony food good decent choice.Hotel obviously needs updating we got a good deal so no complaints.Bus stop outside into town & train station for visits to Denia Altea & Benidorm very reasonable cost .

We stayed here in August 2025, the rooms are quite dated, but it’s a room For sleeping so no big deal really just a bit worn. The hotel itself was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. The lifeguard was friendly and found us sunbeds on our first day when it was quite busy. He did remove towels during the week but this was people who had been gone for hours and we never struggled to get a sunbed during the week as it was quite quiet. No big inflatables in the pool as there just isn’t enough room when it’s busy but the beach is right outside to use them anyway. The guests were mainly Spanish, but again this isn’t a bad thing and we had a lovely quiet week here. Right on the beach which was a lovely beach. Food could be repetitive but was all fine, we only ate out once. The lion king show was amazing ( the part we seen because our 6year old was tired) Overall we had a nice quiet week here and we probably would come again if we were visiting calpe.

Positives first Great position right at the end of the promenade and beautiful sandy beach. Very friendly animation team who made our granddaughter so welcome to join in all activities, also a shout out to the pool guy who was very helpful, friendly and watchful over all the children using the pools. Nice sized rooms and balcony, clean fresh bedding and towels, beds hard but that’s personal preference, everything kept very clean. Negatives Breakfast was ok but we struggled with quality of evening food so ate out. The hotel does need updating , but that does not prevent a wonderful stay in this great Spanish resort.

The hotel looked clean and really nice , we liked the swimming pools and that it was close to the beach . However last day we were in rush because we meant to check out at 12 however we didn’t know as nobody has informed us we tried to pay extra for few hours till we pack but we couldn’t they kept calling us telling us to leave . When I walked down to the reception to give the card to the hotel room back and told them that we didn’t know the time for the check out one of the young ladies not sure how she’s called if I knew I definitely would mention her name , however a younger women with blond curly hair and glasses , really rude giving us dirty looks telling us that we should of checked out ages ago . She was not helpful at all and made us feel uncomfortable last day. If you have people working for you make sure they kind and helpful because it lacks individuals off from coming back to the hotel again !!!

This was our third stay, last Christmas, February and this Christmas. All the staff, reception, restaurant, bar and cleaners. Everyone very helpful and polite. Hotel is lovely and clean, rooms cleaned every day (New Years Day was a shock, late one). Food was different but always something nice and plentiful. Perfect location near beach, but quiet. Booked for this Christmas while we were there. We go to Greece every year in summer and this hotel would be at least 4 star there, some people want 5 star while paying 3 star prices, love this hotel.

Stayed here between the 9th-16th July, firstly the hotel itself is really nice, rooms very clean, clean bedding and towels every day, the food is really nice, never had one night where there wasn't anything to eat, especially for the fussy children, bar staff nice, entertainment even though only catered to the Spanish was really entertaining especially the lion king across at the open air theatre, we also enjoyed time at the splash park, location also excellent, but what has compelled me to write this review is to back up all the bad reviews about one particular lifeguard! Hes what we call in the UK an absolute Jobsworth! Told my 16yr old daughter who was wearing an official swimming t-shirt she wasn't allowed in the pool as it was too 'baggy' which upset my daughter she is a very skinny girl and can't help that her clothes are baggy! She didnt go in the pool for the remainder of the week as she was so upset, I also wasn't present as she was with her cousin when he asked my 16yr old to remove her t-shirt! Made a complaint to the holiday rep which didnt go anywhere! Watched the lifeguard spend the week argue with people, flirt with women in bikinis and take people's towels and personal belongings off sunbeds. After family members had complained to him about the way he treated my daughter he spent the week giving us dirty looks when we were at the pool! Didn't seem to be actually doing his job that is to watch the pool! The other lifeguard that was on watch on the 15th July did not take his eyes off the pool once, and did his job! Think management needs to have a word with this particular lifeguard!

The hotel location is great, the amount we paid for four nights in comparison to the standard of the hotel is extremely disappointing. The facilities including the gym and pool open late and should accommodate early risers but doesn’t. There are more than average pool rules and the lifeguard stalks guests, especially English it seems, looking at the other reviews, we thought it was just our family that was made to feel embarrassed and pinpointed by the lifeguard but it seems that other English guests have had the same experience. The life guard chooses which towels he wants to remove and what times, then when you challenge this and say he hasn’t moved anyone else’s, he says he removes them at lunch time! Our daughter was made to feel anxious and embarrassed by the lifeguard who asked her to get out of the pool in her T-shirt! The lifeguard was very controlling and made you feel that you can’t relax. The hotel is aimed towards other nationalities and seems to not like English people or at least that’s how you are made to feel.
