Ulasan Hotel H Eco Calais

What a awful experience.The moment we entered the room, we realised such a dirty room with so conducted untidy bathroom. We immediately started searching for other hotel room, because of festival unfortunately no rooms were available, we adjust for a day and didn't even take a bath and vacated the room earlier then the booked number of days, the management never bothered to refund ad well, even after trip.com guys tried several times. Please avoid this hotel if you are serious about security and looking for a real hotel experience. Please see the photos. I wonder what quality check these trip.com like company doing, just making them available for customers like us to suffer, just in the name of business.

Avoid, the rooms are paper think, load of kids runing the hall's I til 1am people arguing and you hear it all, very poor rooms it is cheap by absolutely avoid

Located across the road to the train station and close to the free bus from the ferry terminal (stops across the road). Very basic facilities, that are very old. Musty smells. You get what you pay for. I was double charged and am now waiting for a refund.

Pour nous l'emplacement était parfait car nous voulions être près du départ du ferry et nous cherchions un endroit pour dormir et sans plus. Bon qualité/prix correct avec le petit déjeuner simple compris.

La ubicación es bastante buena pero me hicieron esperar más de media hora para poder ingresar a mi habitación y era la única en la fila. las instalaciones huelen demasiado a cigarrillo, solo pasé una noche pero tuve que comprar un aromatizante. Todo estaba limpio y el desayuno fue tipo buffet, para mí estuvo bien el desayuno. pero deben solucionar el olor a cigarrillo del edificio ya que para personas que no fuman puede volverse bastante incómodo.

Très satisfaite de la chambre, par contre le petit-déjeuner beaucoup moins : service de 6h30 (ok) à 9h30 ??? Ça m'a surpris, pourquoi pas jusqu'à 10h ? Comme nous sommes arrivées vers 9h - 9h10 il n'y avait plus de serviettes de table en papier !?!? Je me suis dit que c'est embêtant pour demain.... Bref, plutôt déçue du service petit-déjeuner

Accueil moins chaleureux, service très bien au top.

C'est trop trop petit c'est dommage car l'emplacement lui est top et il y'a plein de choses autour Chambre 10m2 pour 3 ce n'est pas possible Douche avec lumière qui ne 's'éteint pas et fenêtre qui donne sur rien. Mais le personnel est gentil
