Sentido Fido Tucan - Beach Hotel

Todo el personal ha sido muy amable a lo largo de toda mi estancia. Sin embargo el hotel no es lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas. Se adapte más a un 3 estrellas. La parte de la piscina no está mal. Pero las instalaciones se nota que datan de hace unos cuantos años.

The hotel staff are so friendly, on arrival we had blue champagne, lovely.. the rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily, the best shower in any hotel I've stayed in, the food was amazing! Very comfortable beds. The hotel even supply pool and beach towels, the beack is 4 mins walk away and the hotel is right next to lots of shops and restaurants. all the little touches from water left in my room to emergency sewing kit ..we will definitely be returning.

The hotel is an old one but well maintained. The air conditioning did not work for us in the beginning but the Staff were service minded and did everything they could to fix it. The Staff is allways Nice and service minded. Hotel is closely located the Beach and other restaurants.

Just a great hotel, in a great location with fantastic staff. The hotel was just opening up and was spotlessly clean and kept that way by the staff. Lots of sun loungers and a relaxing pool

Great hotel - very clean and one street away from the centre. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Public areas and rooms all kept very clean. Staff were brilliant and worked very hard We saw 3 nights of evening entertainment and really enjoyed it all. This hotel is in a great spot, close to beaches, Marina and the centre is literally steps away.

SUPERB HOTEL. What a great week we have had in this hotel, from the warm welcome at reception through to the waiting staff , Christian and Lidia were absolutely outstanding always smiling and happy to see you, the bar staff also the same , nothing was ever any trouble. We have never went half board but after reading the reviews before we went we decided to do it and again weren’t disappointed, different themes every night from Mediterranean to American nights absolutely first class. The entertainment at night again was fantastic with a different artist on nearly every night. The room was clean and we had a sea view which was lovely. All in all this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in .

This is the 3rd time of staying here at the Tucan this time not as good as before lots of complaints about the temperature of the food and not as much choice as last year .All the staff are excellent reception staff especially Manuel pleasant and helpful the bar staff are very friendly and always happy The bar manager was very nice Emillano ,Paqurta , Maria and Nererh sorry for spellings and Lyndia in the restaurant is the most lovely person always smiling and had time to have a chat the animation man was also excellent and very friendly I would of give it 10 /10 if the food was as good as last year really need to look at the food issues .The snack bar out side is excellent food we tried most things good portions didn't have to wait long service was very good . Entertainment at night was excellent but not enough seating and tables as it was too cold for outside but taking the glass from the terrace reduces the covered seating area would I book again definitely just the food was an issue

Staff are just wonderful. Nothing too much trouble. Great food and plentiful. Pool area and our room - spotless. Sunbeds are numerous. Beaches and bars are close by. Entertainment (daytime and night time) was really enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel
