Très bon hôtel, proche plage, port et restaurant

The hotel did the job for a short break away (mum and daughter) the rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towles given which is perfect. We had some neighbours who were a bit too interested in us and they kept banging on our door, we called security and they came straight away and all was well! That made me feel safe even if you do get the occasional crazy drunk people. The bar was good, spirits didn’t seem watered down. Sam Miguel on tap was good. However only one bar open I’d imagine that gets very busy as the summer goes on! There is another bar but you have to pay for it which is pointless as in all inclusive. Food was standard for an all inclusive, as we aren’t ‘foodies’ it didn’t bother us, just had salad chips bread and some meat each meal. Breakfast however is rlly good! The marina is about a 5min cab ride and I defo reccomend going there for dinner and a drink. Overall it did the job for us and we rlly enjoyed ourselves! Staff were friendly! The pools were also really good. Water was cold but it is April! Imagine it gets hotter in summer.

Fantastic stay, great clean hotel,great location. I was worried as some reviews were not great but the hotel was great. The room and all parts of the hotel were always clean. The food was nice but repetitive but its what you would expect from an all inclusive,a couple of evenings were extra nice- sushi one evening was lovely and there version of a roast dinner, the beef was delicious. The bar opened at 10 and closed at 11 but after this time you can pay a small price for your drinks which was reasonable. €1 for a cup is great,as it stops cups being left around the pool. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants. The pools were lovely and the deep end was really deep, the sunbeds we got daily at 7am pools say open at 10 but I think that's the time the lifeguard starts so if you have children you would be expected to watch them if you used the pool before, there was a children's pool also which was shallow. We used the pool by the restaurant as it was quieter and the main pool was alot of sports and aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was really good. We visited the bar you pay for and the cocktails were nice and reasonably priced. We visited sparkles bar with karaoke till 11 then it becomes a nightclub, great atmosphere. Boat trip on a catamaran- very sick next time if ever I will ensure to take travel sickness tablets. The sea was so choppy in cala d or area but the boat trip to mondrago the sea there was typical majorca waters shallow and calm taxi cost €9.80. The room had a hair dryer, air con, large balcony, pool towels are to be brought with you but next time it would be cheaper to buy over there at €4 a towel from the shop up the road. All shops really reasonably priced, we bought 4 x2ltr water for €2.50 in the spa shop. Cashpoint outside hotel. Only recommendation is to addaxouple more toilets maybe one near the restaurant as their was on toilet by each pool fir the entire complex, ok but annoying to have to leave the restaurant to use the toilet. (Unless there were more we were unaware of.) I would recommend this hotel to families, friends, couples- it would suit everyone its a great location and the staff were all friendly. 10/10

Me and my wife came here as a break away for the 1st time together in 10 years. On arrival to the hotel we were told our apartment would not be ready for 3 hours which was fine as they had given us our all inclusive band so we could make use of the all inclusive bar and restaurant. We arrived at 11, but our check in was at 2 which was stated on our booking. Seems like rather than saying your check in time is a 2 they would rather say the rooms were dirty. They said the same to everyone who was checking in. Have no idea how many dirty rooms and once there can be. Id also say bring your own beach towels as if you want one in the hotel it is €8 a week per towel and also a €20 deposit; it was literally cheaper to buy a towel at the shops outside and bin it before you return home. The apartment was basic and a few things did not actually work. TV was broken and so was our downstairs Aircon didn't work at all. An engineer was called and they turned up after a few hours. Said he knew the problem and would be back later to fix. He returned 4 days later and only fixed the TV which was to move the antenna slightly. It moved in the wind. The Aircon remained broken meaning we had to sleep on the sofas upstairs. To be honest though those sofas were 10 times comfier than the beds. The all inclusive bar was good, but what made it better was the staff that worked there. Happy to joke about with us and have a laugh. Be careful with measurements though as taste like rocket fuel. Cocktails were awful unless you paid, if you were all inclusive you just had premade cocktails. You also have to hire the cups you use at €1 a cup which we found crazy. The restaurant is where this hotel really seemed to struggle especially with the British people there. We were literally warned by guests as we arrived for our lunch to check all meat as 9 times out of 10 if was raw. Was hoping to prove them wrong, but on the 1st cut into pork we found it to still be raw and when we asked the chef to cook it more he just said no it's fine the way it is. Avoid the meat they cook Infront of you as chances are it's raw and you will be ill. There was one man in the hotel who had to go to hospital and not return home to the UK because of how ill he was. The meat you can trust is the processed meat which you can't really mess up cooking. If you do eat here rather than out around the local town then I would also suggest going an hour after opening as you will potentially get the warm food. Breakfast wasn't bad and the food for lunch and dinner was near enough the same. The animation team I like to compare to beach goers as the only time you saw them was when the sun was out. Every holiday I've been on before you see them out and about all the time, but seems like you only saw them for there mandatory 3 activities a day which lasted about 30 minutes a time. General evening entertainment was about a 3/10 and had little to no interaction with the people around. Reminded me on a high school group

My 9 year old daughter and I have literally just returned from staying here. We have a lovely holiday and enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment and the size of our room and the amenities therein were great. The pizza from the pizzeria was great but the highlight out trip had to be the Animation team. They provided some really fun entertainment every day and worked tirelessly to keep guests happy. My daughter says this is the best hotel she has stayed in and that her favourite bit was the entertainment. She's usually quite shy and I don't usually get too involved but... the animation team had us up smiling and dancing every evening without fail! Although they were all great Lukas was particularly amazing, he was fantastic with both the adults and kids and made us feel very special. He somehow always had time for us and would do the rounds chatting to all the guests after every show!! His enthusiasm and attentiveness never wavering. He's a credit to the animation team and the hotel as a whole!! My daughter cannot wait to return....Keep up the good work guys & girls!!

We stayed at ses cases d'or and our apartment turned out to be a ground floor disabled one. This did not bother us at all. It was basic but very clean and had what we needed. It was very quiet and on the edge of the complex and we did not mind the 5 minute walk over to the restaurant/ bar/ entertainment area. The only thing missing from the apartment was a hairdryer. On enquiring at reception , we were told we could rent one at a cost of 12 € a day! We went back the next day and asked a different receptionist who told us 12€ deposit and 4 € a day! It was a good holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night all inclusive stay at this incredibly clean hotel. Our room was spotless with a large balcony. All the staff were lovely and always had a smile on their faces even though they worked so hard and long hours. A special mention for Amanda who was clearing the plates near us while we dined. My husband said to me oh I picked up two salt and no pepper by mistake. Amanda heard my husband and immediately said I will go and get you some. We were both touched by her kindness as she was so busy. The food was fresh and delicious. Being a veggie, I did live on salads but veggies are hard to cater for. Also I ate chicken to my horror as it was hiding in one of the salads. I've not eaten meat for years so it was a bit of a shock to me. Better labelling of meat in the salads would be better for us veggies please when we rely on the salads as it's hard to find things to eat. My husband, a meat eater thoroughly enjoyed all the choice. There is no indoor lounge bar which was a huge disappointment for us as it was freezing on our first night and entertainment and bar are just outdoors. Many of us went to get our blankets from our rooms to keep off the cold. Subsequent nights the weather was warmer but it was still disappointing having to stay outdoors all night. I couldn't read my book on the loungers by the pool as they are in 'lie down' position only and cannot be put upright so you can't sit up with your back supported by the pool. We did enjoy our stay very much though and these minor things would have made our stay perfect.

Brilliant vacation. The staff were amazing. The food (we got the fully inclusive package with meals and drinks included) was fantastic. Incredible local produce. They have all sorts of drinks and are very generous with drinks and food. The room was perfect (meticulously clean, spacious and with a large balcony). The swimming pools and sun loungers are superb. We had a wonderful time, and drove back home from the airport with smiles on our faces. Because in Palma de Majorca, their hearts are like their mountains. Beautiful and vast. Wonderful holiday.

Disappointed with our self catering, ground floor room. Our outside space was shared and not very pleasant...did not want to sit out there. Laminate in room was split due to frequent washing and had to watch feet in places. We had two cockroaches visit us and we found them dead. Had to ask for a kettle. Otherwise hotel was nice with good evening entertainment. Nearby beach very pretty but small, we tended to walk into calador which was about 40 mins away. Egos has a nice handful of restaurants and shops and a great market on Thursday nights.
