Ulasan Al Masa Hotel Nasr City

Sangat mengecewakan membuat saya dalam situasi yang sangat sulit staf tidak mengembalikan paspor kami saat kami check in dan selama check out. itu tidak masuk akal! kami berangkat hanya 2 jam sebelum keberangkatan. saya menelepon kembali ke hotel tidak ada yang mengangkat telepon saya harus kembali ke hotel sendiri dan membawa kembali paspor saya NAMUN!!!! staf melihat saya begitu terburu-buru tetapi bahkan tidak akan meminta maaf akhirnya saya ketinggalan pesawat karena saya tidak punya paspor! staf bodoh!!

Lokasi agak jauh dari tempat wisata utama seperti sungai nil dan piramida tetapi lingkungan yang lebih baik karena polusi udara yang lebih sedikit dan tempat yang tidak ramai dan sepi. Ini dijalankan oleh militer sehingga beberapa staf di restoran dan resepsionis bertindak seperti pejabat publik yang jatuh ke dalam tingkah laku haha ​​tapi secara keseluruhan mereka memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Pembersihannya cukup bagus. Kami memiliki masalah dengan air panas di kamar mandi sehingga kami mengubah kamar.

Awalnya mereka mencoba memberi kami challet sehari, lalu kami mendapat kamar tua dengan kasur tua: kami berdua bangun dengan sakit punggung. Ini tidak seindah dan senyaman kunjungan pertama kami.

Bagus kamarnya besar. Anda mempunyai cukup ruang untuk semuanya, suasananya bagus. Tapi lagu-lagu festival di malam hari sedikit tertunda sehingga Anda tidak bisa tidur nyenyak

Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life , never had such level of service , there are worker everywhere and people ready to help you with a smile ever time you turn your head , the restaurants and the food was just amazing , i fell in love and if ever in cairo thats where I will stay ❤️❤️❤️

It’s close to the airport, great place to stay with a nice pool. There’s a seafood restaurant in the complex that I recommend.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

Good and classic, the hotel is clean and the landscaping is beautiful.

The worst room (standard) is allocated to online reservation.

The hotel look very nice from outside and lot of ameneties, i book a double room and i was upgraded to suit, everything was perfect execpt the bathroom. Toilet was not clean, shower water fall is very slow so with such huge compound, bathroom should be upgraded.

The room has a bad smell. The phone wasn't working and they couldn't fix it . You have to activate the keys every time you go out and in again . There is a water leak we don't know from where. The breakfast is average nothing special. But the location is perfect and the gardens is really nice .
