Room wasn't ready on time (30mins late) and when we got to the room it had not been made up . Got changed to a room that wasn't the cleanest and the view was worse than the original .not a great experience and would expect better from a 4 star hotel !

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Bed and air-conditioned made for a very comfortable sleep. Kitchen was well equipped for a long term stay if needed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The furniture in the room is very shabby, there are ants and dust in the room and living room😣So disappointing😔

The main reason was that after the reservation was made, the price reduction was particularly large one week before arrival. The price reduction exceeded 30% of the reservation price. Discussions with the platform and the counter failed, and I felt uncomfortable seeing so much money wasted. Hotel facilities are average.
