Booked this for my parents. The amenities like TV were not working. They were not treated with proper cortesy.

reservamos el apartamento el mismo día de la estancia. Muy espacioso para el precio (en comparación con otros de la zona) Tuvimos un problema con el código de acceso y nos atendieron rápidamente por el teléfono 24h. La habitacion no tenía luz natural, estaba en un bajo. Tampoco llegaba la señal del móvil. No se si había wifi, porque en la habitación no había ningún código y en recepción no había nadie a quien preguntar

De mini appartementjes zijn echt voldoende luxe ingericht. Koelkast, magnetron, mogelijkheden om te koken, Twee televisies! De temperatuur is zelf regelbaar. Niets mis mee. Maar, Ga als het even kan niet in een apt zitten naast het gebouw dat eraan vast zit. Daar wordt vroeg gerenoveerd en je schrikt als je het slaapkamerraam opendoet want je kan je hoofd gelijk in dat nog te renoveren pand steken….schrok daar wel van.. Perfect centrale locatie heel dicht bij een markthal. En goede service mocht je problemen hebben.

despite prepaid the stay, i could not make it to check it. they did not send me an access code , nor contacted me somehow. i had been calling for 4 hours until night time to resolve the issue, they ended up stop responding. they had been sending another payment bills for unknown guest names. yuk!

We stayed 2 nights at Tandem Puerto Chico and had to move rooms twice! The first room smelled of damp with no natural light - felt like a dungeon. First, we were told that there is no other room available. Our request to get our money back was denied. Instead, we were offered an alternative room that was also on the ground floor - with glass windows facing the reception. So no privacy and no natural light when you keep the curtains closed. Also, you can hear every word that is spoken at reception. The last room was on the 1st floor - right next to a construction site and therefore incredibly noisy. Would not stay there again.

Nice but ground floor apartments are dark. I would review it at a much higher score if we had had an apartment not at street level. Unfortunately we found it very dark and couldn't open the curtains as it was in a busy street with many people passing by. Thisaso contributed to the qpartment being noisy. That being said the apartments are nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for families. Parking was close by in a public paid car park costing 18 euro for a day. Well situated for the centre historic. No washing machine or dish washer. Limited reception hours but that didn't bother us. 2 big televisions.

Abbiamo dormito 1 notte in 5 in famiglia in uno splendido appartamento, molto luminoso e pulito, super accessoriato e con prodotti ottimi sia skin, hair e personal care che set di benvenuto per la cucina. Tutto era esattamente come nelle foto: soggiorno ampio con divano letto e 2 camere da letto matrimoniali molto ariose. L'appartamento è vicinissimo al centro e alla spiaggia tra i 2 castelli. Il parcheggio è a 2 minuti a piedi anche se un po' costoso. Raccomandato!

Excelente todo. A destacar comodidad y ubicación. Muy nuevo y limpio. Estratégicamente ubicado. A pocos metros de la catedral, del mercado…… a minutos de la playa de la caleta. Muy buenos restaurantes cercas, museos , vía comercial………..

Apartamento cómodo, espacioso y céntrico. Al lado de la caedral. Con nevera (congelador no), cafetera para vitro, tostadora, microondas y todos los utensilios. En 1 semana nos cambiaron 3 veces de toallas, en cambio la sabanas ni una. Y la televisores no se veían bien los canales.

Nos pusieron un sofá en la habitación 15, convertido en cama, con un olor a pies increíble, castigado y muy manchado, super incomodo. La televisión imposible de sintonizar y hay dos, los canales vienen y van. La WiFi de baja calidad cada vez que necesitases tienes que acceder y dar de alta, poco utensilio de cocina y todo muy usado, por último se atascó el water y esa tarde anduvimos de cabeza, para no repetir, comparado con otros apartamentos deja mucho que desear, ahh estuvimos 5 días y no hicieron la habitación, el resto de competidores te la hace cada 3 días, para no volver la verdad.

Otra forma de alojamiento, céntrico e ideal para callejear y muy tranquilo , de echo te ruegan que no se haga ruido para no molestar ;el personal de recepción muy amable . El apartamento amplio para dos .las playas muy cerca y parking muy cerca .
