Дочка со своим любимцем очень довольны и проживанием и спа зоной. Единственный минус, так это то что сразу при открытии спа зоны для посетителей и сауна и хамам холодные.

🙅 Nope. Its lacking service and they have a odor issue. Nowadays I thought all hotels have a signature scent. Well I can assure you this one doesn’t have one you expect. No one in their right mind would choose body odor for a scent. They need to offer an alternative while they await the city to switch from heat to AC. You can’t control the room temperature. There’s a panel to do so but it actually doesn’t work. Breakfast is lack luster as well. The only decent place is the restaurant and staff kindness and smiles. Customer service you ask they try but don’t succeed at the simplest things. They have nice toiletries, slippers, bathrobes and easy access to Vardar River boardwalk leading to the city center. My suggestion to hotel management get a hotel scent place it in the rooms. Reupholster all fabric surfaces to get rid of the funky body odor and cigarette smoke that’s ingrained in the fabric surfaces and replaced with hard surfaces that don’t capture the horrible smells then you’ll have a good hotel. Enhance your breakfast choices.

We were at the Park Hotel as part of a group tour. We stayed for a week. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. My major complaints are: 1. The shower…it was a stall shower with a half door. The shower nozzle was attached near the top but could be removed for hand held. When the water hit the wall of the shower, the water bounced off onto the floor creating a flood…every time. When I tried to adjust it the nozzle, it came loose and fell to the bottom and couldn’t be fixed. 2. They offered complementary lotions. When I ran out after a couple of days, I put the empty ones next to the sink so they would know what to replace. They left the empty ones and didn’t leave new ones. I didn’t get more toilet paper either. 3. After 3 days of them just pulling up the blanket and not really making the bed, I asked for clean sheets. While I watched, they put clean sheets on. The last day they didn’t even fix the pillows. They were left like when I got up. 4. Every night I had to lower the temperature because I like a cold room. Mysteriously , the temperature increased during the night. So I always woke up and had to shut off the system. 5. The grout in the shower was moldy and there was a white crust around the sink 6. My friend had made a cup of coffee in the room and left lipstick print on the cup. The cup was never replaced. Each one of these complaints sounds petty, but put them all together and it makes for a lousy experience .

There were hundreds of insects in our room. They took us out, sprayed us with 3-4 boxes of medicine and asked us to use that room again. We did not accept it. They did not change our room. We had to wait in the lobby until the morning.

The cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff were outstanding. However, it was mentioned that there was a bicycle rental service available, but it was not. Absolutely If I ever go to Macedonia again, I would choose the same hotel.

Hotel Recep and manager tried to charge for the stay which I already paid via booking. And insisted on it. They did not check their records and emails while insisting. When I said I never do the double payment they found the records and contacted booking and corrected their mistakes. Be careful they can behave same to you.

Just spent 4 nights in this super hotel. Located about 15 min walk from the centre by the side of the river and next to the football stadium and park [close to zoo too]. Very friendly staff, all able to speak at least a little English so language is no problem. Nice breakfast, super restaurant for diner and high gym. Perfect for business or holiday.

Stayed on business for five nights and I was overall suitably impressed by the hotel. It is modern and comfortable and my room was large and stylish. There are some nice design touches like the bright red Smeg fridge, some funky furniture and a big shower/wet room, which was amazing! However, the tap on the sink did come off in my hand! It has probably one of the best hotel gyms I have seen, with lots of modern kit and equipment and clean, airy workout areas. Breakfast was really good and the food in the main restaurant was also excellent. There are a couple of bars, which again, are comfortable and modern, with a nice atmosphere. Good selection of drinks and reasonably priced for an upscale hotel. The immediate surroundings look a bit drab, right next to the sports stadium, but the City Park is within a couple of minutes walk and is a pleasant area and it is possible to walk in an easterly direction through the park for 10 minutes or so, to a more lively part of town, with a selection of bars and restaurants. Incidentally, eating out and drinking is not expensive at all. We found several restaurants serving tomahawk steaks for £20 - £25 and a large beer is less than £2. It is a short taxi ride or a 25 minute walk in the other direction, towards the central city locations and the Old Bazaar, which are worth visiting. The city centre is surprisingly lively and picturesque, with the Vardar River running through the middle. The Old Bazaar is an interesting place, with it's old, narrow streets, shops, markets, restaurants and bars. In summary, a very good, comfortable and modern hotel, which I would definitely recommend for a stay in Skopje.

- Negatives: Paid for the most expensive room, but put in a smaller (lower rate) room on the sly as they didn't have it available. They then refused to refund the rate and the manager was extremely rude. Spa pool closed for full period of stay. Shower in room freezing for one day, then only just above cold during other days. Air Conditioning makes a really loud noise for a minute when you put your key card into the card slot. Safe didn't work. - Positives Great central location, right by the football stadium. Modern decor Friendly bar staff and well priced drinks/food

Not a pleasant stay. We did 4 nights and honestly didn’t feel like a 5 star stay. Food (dinner) wasn’t up to par. Hotel room didn’t even have a full body mirror, nor was it fully finished with even the switch light broken. The bathroom was too small and the door didn’t give me the privacy I want when I shower due to it being transparent (made of glass with a few parts non see through). Breakfast was ok although food was cold at times.

A large and relatively new hotel 1 km from the centre of Skopje. This multistorey hotel is across from a major sporting stadium. The hotel is nicely furnished and quite plush. The relatively slow lift took us up to our room on the third level where we had a room that looked onto the side wall of the stadium. Unless you are a smoker, you probably wouldn’t use this balcony. The room was quite large, being longer than anticipated. The room has an incredibly well-stocked minibar and other items for purchase on the coffee table and on some shelving. The bathroom is a large concrete structure with a glass wall facing the bedroom. The drainage from the shower was not fabulous and the water did tend to stream across the bathroom floor. The air conditioning worked well and the double glazing on the windows kept all outside noise out. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen and pillows. The room decor was semi industrial, with lots of concrete surfaces. The hotel does have a restaurant on premises, but we walked to a nearby local pub. The walk is through an extensive car park and access roads, which are not particularly well lit at night. The breakfast was fairly standard, but all items were fresh and replenished frequently. There is a spa centre attached to this hotel, and it seem to be relatively popular. There is a walking path at the front of the hotel that takes you along the river towards the old town. If I was to visit this city in the future, I would stay there again.

This is a merely 2-star hotel experience, do not pay for this hotel as the experience is really way far from a 5-star hotel. 1. Poor hotel maintenance —— bedside lamp not working —— ceiling lightbulb not working —— worn out room 2. Poor noise cancellation —— Water rushing down the pipes —— Could hear guests clearly —— Could hear hotel operations noises (music and etc) 3. Dirty room —— dirty floor —— dusty table & shelves 4. Poor customer service —— I had to follow up on my request status myself —— the staff doesn’t take the initiative to revert with updates 5. Spa service —— selected services are available I chose this hotel because I wanted to unwind and really relax myself. Ended up, I am even more stressed out with all sort of noise pollutions!
