I had a wonderful stay at Limeshine Transit Hotel in Negambo. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh bedsheets, and both the AC and fans were in perfect working condition. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with handwash, shampoo, and body wash. Hot water and towels were also readily available. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a Cargills grocery store just a 2-minute walk away. There's a balcony and I enjoyed the view. The staff were exceptionally nice and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Limeshine Transit Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The welcome we received upon arrival was unparalleled compared to any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home immediately. The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room. Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

I liked this hotel from the photo. I booked it for 2 days due to its proximity to the airport, and they also offered a free transfer upon arrival. The room was spacious, hot water, white bed linen! They also have a wonderful pool where you can swim until late in the evening with beautiful lighting. I didn’t really like the breakfast (I took it separately for 1450 rupees) and their cuisine, it wasn’t tasty to me. And since the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, there are no cafes or shops around, this was a significant minus. But the very atmosphere of the hotel, the cozy garden and terrace with incredibly comfortable chairs and the complete absence of guests in the hotel captivated me, and I decided to extend my stay for another day. I'd love to go back to them someday!

This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

The room is OK, relatively clean here. There is no toothbrush in the room, but you can ask for it. The hotel is convenient for eating. The buffet is 5500 rupees per person, about 130 RMB. The swimming pool is open from 7 am to 8 pm. The service is good and the people are nice. Everyone needs to bring a passport when checking in. The sea outside the hotel is not very clean. I didn't go in. If you want to go surfing, the sea in the southern province is cleaner.

First of all, this is a homestay with more than 200. Don't have too high requirements for the accommodation environment, you will feel good and worthy of this price. Although the facilities in the house are old, not very clean, and the sheets are a bit yellow. However, in the morning, there is a white landlord who prepares a serious breakfast, and there are various cute cats and dogs to accompany you for breakfast. The warm and quiet small courtyard is immediately in a good mood. Compared with the tent we have to be pitted for 1,000 nights in Yala, it is much better!

The room was good and the service was good. But there is no free pick-up service. The hotel's Chinese and English name has errors. If you use ”this is the case” airport hotel and restaurant, but on Trip.com ”this is an airport hotel with free pick-up”, it is easy to mislead customers.

The hotel is located in a relatively narrow alley, which is not very convenient for travel. It is suitable for hotel guests. The room is large, the hygiene and facilities are average, and the professionalism of the service staff needs to be improved. I caught a flight in the morning and didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. However, the scenery of the hotel is first-class. The balcony is spacious and you can enjoy the unobstructed scenery from the balcony. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset and sunrise. Thumbs up

Arrived around 11:30 pm. It takes about 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. When planning the Sri Lanka trip, I searched for this hotel on Ctrip. I thought it was just a one-night stay and it was good to be close to the airport. When the chartered car driver followed the navigation to a door with the hotel name and an iron door. There was a flashing light inside the iron door and a phone number on it. After the chartered car driver contacted, a special staff member opened the door and told us to follow his tuk-tuk for a short distance to the hotel (in fact, there is a doorbell outside. Just press the door and the guy will come out to open the door). I didn’t expect the boss to be waiting for us. He was very enthusiastic and helped us move the boxes. He introduced the wife password and what time would breakfast be tomorrow. The room was also very clean. We arrived very late and went to bed immediately. The birds outside were indeed louder in the morning, which was also normal in a natural environment. Breakfast is about 1,200 rubles per serving. Note: The bottled water on the table is charged extra, 100 rubles per bottle. After the meal, I walked around the surrounding area. There are many beautiful plants. It feels like a botanical garden, original ecology, and there are many butterflies! I couldn't help but see a little squirrel. The boss seemed to like collecting old cars. There were also several old motorcycles on the second floor. There were three large fish tanks at the entrance of the restaurant. The tropical fish inside were also very beautiful! The cleaning staff in the morning were also very enthusiastic, and everyone would smile at you! After the meal, I finished the visit and tidied up and checked out at 11 o'clock. As a transit, the price and environment are very cost-effective. The boss is also very enthusiastic. The room door cards here are basically keys.

A good hotel when after the flight you want to breathe and not start from the place to the career, in the sense of the island) got into the season, the guests were a little, so on a small parking lot the rented tuck-tuck went without problems.
