I was traveling alone, and I happened to catch up with the hotel for an event, so I grabbed a super value special room. They seem to have one available every Monday, so use your speed! Although it was a special room, the management staff said that I was a foreigner and specially provided me with a Korean-style tatami room [呲亚]. The hotel also provided breakfast and I could wear Hanbok for free, which gave me a taste of daily life in Korea. The hotel has three exits, one leading to the harbor, where there is an ocean university and a place for fishing. It is good to go out for a walk in the evening to enjoy the sea breeze. A back door, a very pleasant small courtyard, leads to the seaweed exhibition hall and bus station below. Behind it is Taejongdae, which is very close to the gate of the scenic spot and is also very convenient to go to Nampo-dong. It's only a short walk to the hot springs. The hotel is clean, the service staff is friendly, and the accommodation is very comfortable. 30m from the front of the hotel, take bus No. 17 and you can pass by the attractions: Maritime Museum, Asia's largest cafe, Yeongdo Bridge, Yongdu Mountain, Jagalgi Market, International Market, Movie Street, etc. all the way to Seomyeon Lotte, it's really Enjoy one-stop shopping and an unforgettable trip to the seaside. Must go in winter.

The location was close to the Busan ARTE Museum. Plenty of parking, room was clean and with a mini fridge, kettle, cups etc + a microwave in the corridor you could cook something simple. I left a titanium camping pot (100 $ US) in my room. The owner replied str away and posted it , after I had wired 6,000 won postage. A few issues with language problems when phoning up as I don’t speak Korean and owner speaks some English. A friend of the owner rang back shortly afterwards to check for understanding. Initially I booked the wrong date. The owner could not change the reservation from his end without Trip.com agreeing. To have this changed with Trip.com was lengthy and tiresome.

The service is also available comfortably according to the number of guests, and the room is so good that I used it comfortably during my trip !!! The location is so good, I want to use it next time ~

Pros: The room is on a high floor near the sea, and you can see the Ocean University from the window (the review picture is the view from the room window). The surrounding area is very quiet and comfortable to walk around. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The price-performance ratio is good. The 아치한상 next to the hotel is recommended! It is visited by locals! The soybean paste bone soup is delicious! Cons: The location is relatively remote, and you need to take a bus to the center of Busan, and there are many buses. It takes an hour and a half to go to Haeundae and about an hour to go to Shinsegae Shopping Center.

We were o the 12th floor, this gave us an amazing view over the bay, by day and night. The only thing was, that we couldn't cook as no kitchen supplies available, besides a huge fridge freezer a huge plus, a microwave and a kettle. We received on the next morning bottled water and fresh towels. Receptionist were really friendly and could speak just a little English which with the usage of a translator was solved. We had issues with the washing machine in our first room, which has been solved swapping to another room. Restaurants nearby and small shops too and we could park our car in the hotel garage.

Good hotel and rooms. All amenities are provided and daily stocked. Waterboiler, coffee, tea and candy at the desk. The beds were OK and pillows fine. Lady at the desk helped us and wat really nice. The bus stops are close and shops are nearby.

Location - near to Busan station (10 minutes taxi ride or 20 minutes bus ride + a little walking). It's also near to Gamcheon Culture Village (30 minutes bus ride). Lotte Department Store is walking distance of 10 minutes or a bus ride of 5 minutes. Evening time, you can see stalls laid up selling cooked seafood - many locals will eat and drink there (we didn't try as we were too full). Just next to the hotel, there's a Emart convenience shop but if you walk about 50m down the street, there is S25 convenient shop which I find the things are much cheaper. If you wish to grab a coffee, there is a ”Blue Shak” cozy cafe within 50m. This area is less touristy. Service - The receptionists can speak English but I felt they could be more friendlier. We unforeseen our small sized luggage to be spoilt and requested to be thrown away at check out but was told that they do not have a disposal bin. I understand South Korea has a strict disposal system but given such a big property, they could at least help because we travellers can't just dispose things anywhere. The receptionist reluctantly helped after I insisted. The Housekeeping was excellent, clean room throughout stay. Room - Good size. I booked a triple room (Ondol - floor bedding) but was given 3 real beds instead. I did not pursue further as I checked in late (11pm+) and it was 2 nights. The bed was too soft for me. View of the room was partial ocean and port. Overall, a good stay but I will not return to this hotel. I am a hotelier but I do not expect sky high services because service line can be hard at times. The receptionists at both check in and check out didn't gave me a warm feeling - didn't felt as welcome like a traveller.
