Hotel dekat Jagalchi Market, Busan

The water pressure is very low and we have to suffered for two nights before getting it fixed. Other than that the location is fantastic as it’s near Nampo staton

First time visitor to Busan and I read a lot of reviews. The Stanford Busan is extremely well priced for its 4 star rating. The room may be 17m2 but it was definitely comfyfor two adults. The location is excellent - 1. one street from the seafood market 2. A few hundred metres to the Gagalchi subway entrance 3. Across the street from the BIFF market and lots of street foods in the evening. This makes it easy to get the train back to Busan station (a few stops) when getting back to Seoul by train (although ubers are inexpensive). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was functional. There was a bit of evening noise from the street below but nothing to keep me awake. Overall, highly recommended (given the pricing on offer).

Hotel was close walking distance to metro station and had a lot of restaurant and shopping options downstairs. Room was quite big and had sufficient amenities but keep in mind to not use water cooker with other tools using electricity like blow dryer/ hair straightener - the power will cut out and you’ll have to report to the front desk. They happily provide another room next door, which was very nice! Front desk is very friendly and provide luggage storage too.

It was a great experience. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Never had any issues. The location was very convenient for me right next to the subway and 10 minutes away from Busan KTX Station, so it was easy for me and my friends to travel.lastly very affordable 😊

The location is good as it is very close walking distance to shopping streets and the price is affordable. Room is equipped with a smart TV. I did not need to use my travel adaptor as well. Basic toiletries available. However, the bath towel is in face towel size. Clothes hanging area is on top/in front of the dresser. Things to note if staying here. Hotel is located upslope from the streets. (relatively steep) Most of the times (like a 9 out of 10), I was unable to book a taxi from my hotel due to the kakao taxi app prompting that cars cannot enter my area (they will outline the roads on the app to show the roads that cars cannot enter).I had to walk some distance out to another place to book a taxi. However, there was no restrictions to drop off at this address but many times, the driver will also drop me somewhere further away to walk in. Both the guy & lady (seems like lady boss) receptionists seems enthusiastic for a normal conversation but can become rude when we enquire or request for help. I had difficulty switching on the aircon when I first checked in and called for help. They refused to come and help and the instructions was vague as all I can understand was ”the switch is below the TV”. I later found out that it is common for aircon switch to be on the TV remote controller in Korea after I checked in to another hotel. It was after the third call when we flared up that someone came to help. But the help was of course also a rude one. Another thing to note is that they only give one access card and this access card is also the only card that manages the power in the room. If you insert another card in the slot for power, they will switch off your electricity after a while. This means you will not be able to probably sleep/shower in the room if your partner goes out since you will have to be the one to open the door, unless you can stay in the room without any power. You will also not be able to charge your phones/power banks etc while you are out and the refrigeration will also be off. The receptionist have called us via room phone and scolded us for putting a foreign card in. I think this is upsetting as we usually have more than one card in other hotels. The other hotel that I booked in Seoul even had a ready card slotted in for power and we still had 2 cards for access. Another downside: There was some form of leak from toilet bowl area and I cannot make out where its from. There will be a typical pee stench after awhile. Both the automatic bidets and manual bidets did not work in my toilet. I am not sure if this only happens in my room thus this is just for reference. Otherwise my toilet was huge and the water jet was strong. Do note that they allow early check in but it is chargeable. When I reached 2 hours earlier, I was told that their hotel does not have early check in. After asking further, they told me to pay 20,000 won if I want to check in early and I got my room immediately. I would have preferred if they told me from the start that early check in is possible for a fee.

The location is super good, the transportation is really convenient, Kokyu, Bupyeong, BIFF, Lotte are all very close, shopping is good and full, the view from the room is great, looking directly at Busan Tower, super beautiful, self-service check-in, although a little panic at first, but it is quite convenient after using it. Before check-in, the landlord will send a check-in text message around noon to inform the room number and floor of the accommodation. If you want to check in early or store your luggage, communicate with the landlord first to see if you can check in early, and then enter the room number and password to check in. The room is managed in an apartment style, basically you have to do everything yourself, there is no housekeeping, if there is too much garbage, Clean it first, hang it on the door handle, take a photo and inform the landlord, and the housekeeping will clean it. Shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner are provided in the room, as well as towels. Other supplies need to be prepared by yourself. A refrigerator, induction cooker, and washing machine are provided. It would be more convenient if a dryer could be added. An induction cooker is provided, but I didn't see a pot, so I didn't try it. There is no microwave oven. You may need to go to a convenience store to heat it up before taking it back. I don't know if the owner knows that the wall-mounted racks are not screwed on, and the racks will fall off when the towels are picked up. The next user should pay attention to this.

This is not my first time staying The Last Hotel. But deeply disppointing that the hotel is badly maintain crashes on tge wall and tbe floor titles too. It is not as bad when we stayed tbere previously. The only good ppint is the location there. Counter support only up to 1am tbere isnt anyone at the counter after 1am till maybe 8/9am. We will not stay there if we back in Busan.

Hotel overall was good. Rooms were large enough, clean and amenities were ample. Although luggage assistance would have been appreciated; instead staff stood behind the reception looking at you struggle. The staff at the breakfast venue were not friendly; pity as they were all very pretty and a smile and a greeting would definitely be appreciated.

Amazing hotel, neat and cozy. Excellent service and kind reception workers, who gave us a warm welcome easy and fast checkin process. Location of hotel is amazing near the station and bus routes. And walk distance for shopping and markets and seafood markets.

There is a balcony with a sea view, half city view and half sea view. The TV can watch Netflix, Disney, YouTube... It is only a few bus stops away from Busan Station, and the bus in Busan is quite convenient. The hotel is also close to the bus station. It takes an hour to take the bus to Haeundae. Facilities: Very good. There are shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, water heater, refrigerator. Environment: The sound insulation is good, and there is no noisy sound all night.
