My stay at the Shilla Stay Haeundae was absolutely delightful. The location was exceptional, the facilities modern and spotless, and the view breathtaking. (Make sure to book an ocean view room, it truly makes a difference) But what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service. I especially want to commend Anna at reception. Her friendliness, professionalism, and understanding were remarkable. When I encountered an issue with the safe in the evening, Anna, despite having finished her shift, went above and beyond to ensure a locksmith promptly resolved the problem. Her dedication and support were truly appreciated. I left Haeundae with a strong desire to return. Thank you, Anna and Shilla Stay, for such wonderful hospitality!

booked two rooms for the four of us, and the top-up for the ocean view room was worth it as my parents enjoyed the view a lot. the hotel was highly accessible, as it was located right outside exit 6 of busan station. it was easy to get taxis to commute around busan from our hotel, with little to no waiting time. the staff were friendly and hospitable, and helped to make our stay at the hotel a pleasant one. the rooms were clean and modern, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The room is very nice. There are vinyl records and stationery. Postcards and notes are given when you check in. There is also free coffee at the coffee shop downstairs. The mood is worth it. The only downside is that the window in the room cannot be opened. It is a bit dusty. I was not feeling well after staying for three days.

If you want to enjoy Haeundae Beach, the location is very convenient. The room is spacious for the price, and it has been renovated, so it is cleaner than the image from the exterior and the first floor entrance. The room I stayed in happened to be located above a club-like shop in the building next door, so I could hear a lot of music. I had a hard time figuring out that the Wi-Fi is the type that reads the QR code at the bottom right of the TV. If you don't expect much and just want to sleep, I think it's fine. There are almost no amenities, but the necessary items are sold next to the front desk for about 500W!

Upon early hour arrival, staff offered early check-in to room at KRW10K per hour. Was glad to accept as we were all tired after long flight. Adele hotel is a nice 5-7min walk over the bridge which is always nice after our meals. Lotte mart at Nampo has an exit which brings us right at the start of this bridge walk. Jagalchi market, BIFF square , etc are 3 bus stops away if you want to try the bus. The BBQ fried chicken at level2 of Adele hotel is very nice. Take away and eat it hot in your room, enjoyable. There’s also laundry washing machine and dryer at basement 2. Buy the detergent from hotel reception at KRW1000 and it is not crowded.
