Ulasan SHILLASTAY HAEUNDAE BEACH (BEXCO)

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi utama di haeundae. Berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai, Jalan Utama, dan stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Saya ada di sana untuk sebuah acara jadi saya tidak bisa menikmati sebagian besar fasilitasnya. Ada emart 24 jam tepat di bawah hotel dan sangat nyaman. Hotel ini luas dan bersih. Tidak terlalu banyak pemandangan untuk tipe kamar saya, tapi saya akan merekomendasikan orang untuk mendapatkan kamar dengan pemandangan laut jika Anda tinggal lebih lama.

Kami memiliki ruang sudut di lantai 17. Pemandangannya luar biasa tapi suara kebocoran air dari luar gedung bisa terdengar dari kamar dan bisa sangat mengganggu di malam hari. Karena kami hanya menginap selama 2 malam, kami tidak repot-repot meminta perubahan kamar. Hotel ini hanya berjalan kaki dari pantai dan stasiun metro.

Lokasi bagus. Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan pantai dan pasar tradisional. Kamarnya bersih tapi akan lebih baik jika ada cermin di kamar karena satu-satunya cermin ada di kamar mandi. Karena anak saya mengalami kecelakaan kecil selama perjalanan, kami perlu meminjam kursi roda tetapi sayangnya tidak tersedia. Jika tidak, kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang nyaman. Location is great , 5 minutes to the night market , concierge service is horrible, not helpful, reluctant to provide information, I only find out the night market is nearby in my last day stay , unfortunately, I already had a quick dinner somewhere else, miss the chance to enjoy the Korean food, I did ask the concierge any restaurant recommended nearby , no information is provided

Perfect location and easy to get around.   Lots of food options around the hotel and room was quite big for the business hotel and cozy.  The best value for money !  Highly recommended!

Room size with amenities and location are excellent! Wasn’t please with the check in process(the female staff don’t seem friendly maybe because she is. It fluent in English),breakfast table arrangement(was always given the furthest possible table from the buffet area),my toilet amenities weren’t refill for the 3rd night stay. The breakfast spread is reasonable but every morning is EXACTLY the same! However, every morning, I requested for a taxi at the lobby, the staff whom assisted me always smile and got me a taxi fast. Lobby is comfortable and clean to wait for my guide or relax in.

My stay at the Shilla Stay Haeundae was absolutely delightful. The location was exceptional, the facilities modern and spotless, and the view breathtaking. (Make sure to book an ocean view room, it truly makes a difference) But what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service. I especially want to commend Anna at reception. Her friendliness, professionalism, and understanding were remarkable. When I encountered an issue with the safe in the evening, Anna, despite having finished her shift, went above and beyond to ensure a locksmith promptly resolved the problem. Her dedication and support were truly appreciated. I left Haeundae with a strong desire to return. Thank you, Anna and Shilla Stay, for such wonderful hospitality!

One of best and convenient hotels with great staffs at Haeundae beach,Busan.

The hotel room with sea view was perfect, and the room was clean and spacious. I would also like to give special compliment to the Mr. Leo Ha for making the checking in process so easy and smooth. Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant and enjoyable

Beach view. Right next to haeundae beach. Not that many amenities. But it’s great overall.

Ocean view was awesome. The beach was close and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was nice to move around. However, the person paying at the buffet felt unkind. Other than that, it was perfect. Other than that, the bathroom in the room was a little uncomfortable, everything was great.

Reached at 3pm and was told our room wasn't ready and had to wait until 3.30pm. Our room was clean and location was pretty convenient. - walking distance to haeundae market and beach - 5000 won cab fare to Mipo station and Busan x Sky - 23000 won cab fare to Gimhae Airport
