Urbanstay Seomyeon

Saya senang tinggal di sini. Ruangan itu lebih besar dari perkiraan saya dan memberi saya pengalaman tentang cara tinggal di apartemen berlayanan. Hanya membutuhkan waktu kurang dari 2 menit berjalan kaki ke Stasiun Seomyeon (Jalur 1) dan terdapat banyak restoran bagus di area tersebut.

penginapan ini berlokasi sangat strategis, jarak berjalan kaki ke makanan dan kereta bawah tanah! staf juga sangat responsif terhadap kami ketika pemanas air tidak berfungsi pada suatu malam. ada deterjen dan banyak handuk yang disediakan selama kami menginap. akan tinggal di sini lagi jika mengunjungi Busan!

Stayed here in early December. It’s an apartment-style space with all the essentials like a washing machine, clothes hangers, liquid detergent, hair dryer, etc. The room heater is adjustable, which was nice. The stay was really comfortable. I received the check-in details on the day of arrival. The public toilets on the first floor require a passcode, which you need to request from the owner. The location is conveniently close to Seomyeon Line 1/2. Great location. The only downside is the luggage area. Since it’s a self-managed room, no one helps with organizing, so it can be tricky to fit all luggage. Some luggage might get stuck in the far corner and be too heavy to move around easily, so it's important to be mindful of ur luggage.

The property is conveniently located near Seomyeon station, close to restaurants and 2 convenience stores - 7eleven and EasyMart. The property is more like an apartment - with a mini kitchen (with all the utensils and items you might need), washing machine, big fridge and freezer. Photos are accurate from the property details page/ad. The property does email you the code on the day of check in and its super easy. Instructions are provided in the room as well for the rest of the stay and check out is super easy. Definitely recommend this place.

Location was good. Just have to find the correct exit so it will take you less than 5 mins from the exit to the hotel, which helped alot. There’s an elevator too if you have luggages. Just be prepared to get judged by locals. We could put our luggage in the storage with the password given. Messaged them to ask if we can check in earlier. 10k won per hour after 12pm, which was good. Had to go to B1 to pass cash to one of the officers. There a convenience store right under which was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Aircon was okay. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold.

Location is the best point here! It’s really close to Seomyeon station exit 12 and this exit has a lift as well. Convenience store (emart) on the ground floor. Laundry machine and laundry rack available inside the room/studio, but no detergent provided (you can go to daiso and get a small pack for 1000 won) The washroom was a lot smaller than expected.. not the best design. The sink is outside of the washroom, so it is a bit inconvenient. Sink water was super slow to drain… and I was only provided 1.5 half roll of toilet paper for 3 nights.. Iuckily daiso sold them in rolls. Cleanliness.. just okay and could improve. Lots of small specs on the bedsheets and top cover had a light stain.
