It was terrible experience with Busan Grey Sands Poolvilla Pension. It has began by checking in this hotel. We have waited the reception about 30 minutes to show up in the front desk. He left his phone number and after showing up, he told us that we had to inform them about our arrival time and we had to check messages from them which we did not receive.
The room we ordered is totally different from the photos uploaded in Trip.com. The reception asked us pay 50,000won for using pool which is our room and we need to inform them 1 day ahead. Those are not written in the Trip.com. 3 hours before check in , they will send you those surprising additional fee for using pool in your room.
About room, we have noticed that they excessively used the cleaning chemical for restroom, pool (in your room) and even for bed which has very strong odour it does not dissapear for 24 hour with wide open windows. We could not sleep due to strong odour of cleaning chemicals and noises from outside because of that we had to open windows to refresh air in room.
We tried to cancel our 3 nights order regarding above mentioned reasons.
During stay, we had to meet reception or staffs of hotels they are not at the front desk and all time absence.
No services and no people will be shown in the hotel like ghost hotel.
We finally had to leave the hotel and wasting 240$ for 3 nights and we stayed only 1 night and could not stay longer there.
Be aware of the horrible hotel in Busan!!!
