Ulasan Raviens Haeundae Avenue

1.Location: very well located close to the metro station and close to the beach and pretty much everything. 2.Clean: very clean and new room and amenities. 3.Room. Big enough room , big kitchenette , big fridge , big closet , big bathroom , very spacious and new room. 4.Hotel amenities: the hotel doesn’t have much amenities , just need to go there to sleep 5.Service: service is ok , nice staff , and helpful and English is ok. 6.Need to improve: The curtains ! The room is amazing , but need to buy new curtains that block the sun , the blinds let through a lot of light and by night with street light the room is very lit , and in the morning with the sunrise too much sunlight came in that it has very hard for me to have a good sleep, need to fix that for your future guests. Really enjoy the hotel will go there again , price and location and the room is very good, just need to get better black out curtains 😆

We booked the day of arrival here at Raviens and we stayed at the 22nd floor with partial Sea View. We really enjoyed our stay here. It seems like a fairly new accommodation. Very close to the beach and the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants is at. If you don’t have a Korean plug…they would loan you one! That was really appreciated! We would book here again when we go back to Busan!

This hotel was so good, the location amazing and very clean. however I wish they’d included some cutlery in the kitchen area

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room space is just nice and equipped with washing machine , microwave and fridge . However the only downside is there’s no daily housekeeping service .

The room was good. Everything was new and clean. We had a great view. The bed was not too big, but comfortable. There were enough towels. Also, it's great that there is heating in the room. The only problem we had - there were no kitchen amenities like spoons, plates, glasses e.t.c., only 2 cups.

New building. Seen smal part of sea from window. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and cafes.

Everything was great except the smell in the bathroom in the evenings. It smells so bad you can't even stand in there to take shower for 5 minutes. Must be because of a bad ventilation installations or just bad engineering. Just keep that in mind when booking

Highly recommend! With convenient location right outside metro exit and very clean and tidy room, both families or solo travelers are highly recommend

This seems like a very new hotel but there were quite a few flaws. The apartment was new (evident from the lack of use of stuff in the room such as stovetops, drawers, etc. still with plastic stickers/wrappings), but the rom seem to have a weird layout, and it is weird to have certain amenities like stovetops without providing pans/cooking items -＞ the overall vibe of the building (including the lifts) seems like the hotel was designed as an aprtment building rather than a hotel. Further, on the ground floor where the reception was, there was a boarded up room that belonged to the hotel that was full of trash (and we saw hotel staff just throwing more trash in the room -＞ weird?) Location was fine, relatively near the subway and the beach is still walkable.

Service apartment concept, room is clean but abit small(if u have 2 large 5/5 luggage, no space to put to open fully). It will be great if room comes with coffee machine.

do not be deceived by the facade which is partially boarded due to ongoing construction, the place is located rather conveniently in Haeundae. Near walk to the beach and subway station. No room cleaning service unless you are staying for 4 nights or more but you can ask for clean towels and bottled water daily at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. Very value for money.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I couldn’t sleep for my 3 nights stay. First thing, the reception doesn’t understand English. They didn’t know about my reservation. After 10 minutes, I was given my room keys. The room was clean but the trouble began at night. Light was constantly coming out through the blinds and curtains. I don’t know why they had see through white blinds and mesh curtains. I called the receptionist but she didn’t understand my message. Second day, complained to trip.com. They called the hotel but the management lied and said the guests have been upgraded to a different room. Nobody contacted us but they were constantly lying to trip.com. I went to the receptionist and asked her to fix light issues. There was also a lot of construction sound and I was really tired after sleepless nights. The receptionist said she would get it fixed on the 3rd day but that was a lie too. Nobody came to fix the light problem. There was no balcony as advertised. Kitchenware was missing. The staff doesn’t understand simple English like cutlery. Nobody came to collect trash or give water during my 3 nights stay. Hotel looks stylish but their customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel especially if you are a foreigner. I took these pictures at 6 am in the morning when I was awake because of sunlight and construction noise. During the night, city lights were coming in. Trip.com compensated me with 1500 coins but that doesn’t soothe the 3 sleepless nights. My entire trip was uncomfortable because of this hotel.
