Overall amazing hotel, exceptionally clean and quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside is that you do need to drive a couple of minutes if you’d like to go any where to eat/lounge.

The room we had was very spacious with two queen beds. It was a very clean property and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely staff here again. Thank you :)

Very disappointed with the customer service and management team of this hotel. Due to some flight issues the hotel wouldn't work with us and give us a refund for the stay for 2 rooms. They charged us and wouldn't even let us reschedule for another day. Very disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard at Marriott! We have stayed at many hotels in Burlington, visiting family, and this hotel far exceeds in every way. The main area is clean and welcoming with a dining room, bar and lounge. Our room was spotless, quiet, and included all the conveniences. Outdoor parking is well lit and location is right next to the QEW, which is very convenient. We did not eat in the dining room so cannot comment. We will definitely stay here next time.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s so nice and clean and the staff was amazing. I stay in slot of hotels and this by far has be one of the better ones. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel was strategically positioned to get on the highway back to Toronto. Next to the convention center was so nice as I needed to be at an event at the center.

We loved it here! The staff are super friendly and were so welcoming to my husband, 5 month old daughter and I. They were really accommodating and we had some lovely chats. Friendliest hotel staff ever! The room was a great size with a big shower and the comfiest bed I've slept in.

Had a great stay, really nice place. the pool was a little chilly and we had to plug in the fridge but that’s no big deal, would definitely stay here again

The room is contemporary and clean. Excellent linens and very comfortable bed. Starbucks coffee available in the restaurant and breakfast was good.

I had to cancel the reservation due to COVID. Called ******* who then got in touch with the hotel. The hotel did not want to issue a refund nor a credit. Even whne i told them that I travel to Burlginton quite a bit for work, our head office is 5 minutes away.
I also got in touch with the hotel and told me that COVID is now considered a normal flu..
Basically ******* and the hotel were contradicting themselves but ultimately, the hotel had to give the final approval to issue credit or a refund and DID NOT! That is what ******* told me
There is absolutely no empathy and the answer i received from the manager was tasteless.. Bravo, I will no longer stay there.
Newsflash, service applies prior to booking, during and after!!
