Nice hotel but parking fee is huge

We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

Very good stay.

Water pressure was terrible. There was not enough seating at breakfast. The shower head was pulled away from the wall. The thermostat was not regulated for the room as it was a central system so at times the room was super hot. When I asked to have it adjusted I was told all they could do was provide a box fan. The location to my business meeting was great and the walking path was awesome.

套房很不錯，和照片差不多，可以住三個人，客廳沙發床真的很實用。早上有免費早餐，下午5-6:30每人還有兩杯免費酒類飲品。注意，提早辦入住要給100刀，入住時間是下午16:00以後。我們到太早了，又很疲憊，還是選擇了以前入住。除此之外其他都很好，酒店在海邊，窗外景色很美，很好散步。

Problème avec le nettoyage de la chambre. Nous sommes restés 2 jours et le ménage n à pas été fait, les serviettes n ont pas été changées. Nous avons réclame à l aceuil et on nous a dir juste désolé. Bref un peu déçu. Sinon bel hôtel.

酒店很大，景色好，不過酒店偏老，早餐在傳統美式早餐裏算豐盛的，泳池恆温的，很好，總體來説，性價比很高

停車費45美元含税，酒店周邊環境很好
