Did not clean our Room & did no throw the trash at our Room.Poor hotel Service for the guest

Great location! Only 5-10mins distance to varies restaurants and choices, and a shopping mall. So convenient! Hotel is not fancy but good enough to have everything you need. Price is reasonable as well. Family friendly. Front desk staff is also very helpful recommending places we could go. If you aren't driving, Uber is easy as well. TV has HBO channels and cartoons for kids. I can't ask for more

Hotel is good generally, location is good beside Burbank mall. Service isn’t good, also they take 100$ visa to security time and take a week to 10 days to refund to Visa card.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was super friendly. Rooms are clean. Cafe is super good! Came for a universal trip, only 10 mins away from universal! It’s a good price especially for CALI! And it’s not a run down place. Parking isn’t free but it was 22 with in & our privileges which is great.

Great location close to restaurants and shopping, It was the perfect hotel to stay near Universal Studios and will definitely come back

This is my favorite hotel. We stay here every year. I usually have a great stay! This year not so much! Rooms refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled our food, and they switched from sample size shampoo and conditioner to full size pumps attached to wall with nothing inside! Thank goodness I bought some shampoo just in case! Beds were a little harder than what I have remembered. I know they have new ownership. I hope this is not how it’s going to be next year too. Other than than I like this hotel, great location.

The room was not cleaned and had to be cleaned every time

The side of the hotel near the main road is super noisy, you have to be quiet while waiting for the room, everything else is ok

The room was large and the stay was very comfortable. Security is very good, you need to swipe your card to enter and exit

The hotel is close to the Avenue of Stars, and taking a taxi is very convenient!

It's near the bus stop. Universal Studios Hollywood is about 30 minutes away by bus 155. There were many shopping centers and places to eat around, which was convenient! Airport transfers do not go to Los Angeles Airport. It was nice to have a microwave in the room!

The overall feeling is not bad, but the accommodation parking fee is not reasonable
