Great hotel my second time here.

Great place to stay. However the walls and floor seem very thin. Parking is limited underground. Overall good place to stay. Will stay again

Excellent location abutting the Burnett River, healthy walks to town center and along the grand river boardwalks, with some great park lands close by. Quality customer service from the get go. Impressive rooms, some have GREAT views staring down the river. Excellent in house restaurant right against the river views. NO SMOKING but you can walk into the park next door for that. Would recommend to friends or business associates.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was great, only 2 issues, king bed was really soft not what i like, second was unfortunate noise, being on road side, heard several sirens.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Brilliant water pressure and immediate hot water. Glorious view of the river from bedroom as well as lounge room. Easy undercover parking and one block from main street.

Noisy at night but not the fault of the hotel. Great staff, very pleasant. Clean rooms and quite spacious. Handy to the CBD.

Our bin in our room was not emptied from previous people and was over full. The bags of food left were out of date. We only stayed for 1 night but had already paid for 2.

The property was clean and in a good location. It is neat lots of shopping and several pubs. The desk staff was friendly and cheerful.

The room had dust throughout. Bathroom same thing dusty..looked like it could do with a good clean. Coffee cup in cupboard looked like need to be washed again, still had ring around it.. Broken tile on balcony & dirty. Don't bother with ordering take away coffee at H2O. 2 attempts for asking for hot coffee, not cold coffee & she still didnt get it right. Tasted like warmed up milk. We wouldnt stay here again or recommend to friends.

Felt advertising was misleading, balcony has no furniture and faces a roof, no view at all and not pleasant to be out there. Apparently all king rooms have no view. Rooms are dated , no kitchenette , power points in silly places, overall wouldn’t stay there again for the price. Lovely housekeeping staff. In a good location.

Good hotel, centrally located, nice bed (reasonably soft), good shower. There is not enough parking for all when the hotel is full and you may need to park out on the street. Iron was not of good quality.

very good property.. silence clean room .. will surely recommend to stay if someone is planning for a bundy trip

Great staff in reception! Nice firm bed, charming 4 poster. Only negative was the slatted bathroom door, not much privacy.
