4. Phones not working, difficult to connect to the reception 5. Room allotment issues, when mentioned 3 adults, room given was for double occupancy only, saying 3rd person will be charged extra
6. Overall not very pleasing experience. 7. Food quality in the restaurant was also average. We don't have images

It is very bad experience stay about check time. Since from 8am morning desk manager is calling for check out. Today i am not take bath also. Nobody respondent at hotel. Worst

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
