Nice place, clean & comfortable. Fast check in & front desk friendly. Will come back again when I go to Penang.

Excellent service received at the reception, the receptionist is so friendly and helpful.

Nice modern business hotel in a convenient location in the Iconic City area, with lots of dining options. Comfortable room size for 1 or 2 persons. However, if room is shared with colleague, then it may not be very convenient as the washing sink is located outside of the bathroom, next to a low counter with the kettle and cups. To improve - provide floor mat at the sink area as the floor might get wet when guest uses the sink.

As a business traveller, I think this is sufficient for me. However, the lack of amenities reduces personal relaxation time.

Clean hotel. Checkim was fast. Room is clean and nice. Will come again.

I'ts a boutique hotel with basic room. All is good. Space was a concerns where no cupboard, only 2 hanger provided. The sink for brush the teeth and wash the face is outside the toilet, and will make the bedroom wet when using it. No other facilities except the room with the price of 200++night.

Medium service but good location. But amenities is really simple and cheap quality. Nearby there is cafe and restaurants

Convenient to get food with food court and many restaurants nearby. Customer service was terrible. Guest's flight was cancelled by airline due to bad weather, but room rate was charged to credit card even the proof from airline has been given and informed to hotel before check-in date. The charging happened few days after the cancellation. Walked-in to the hotel wanted to discuss about the issue but the front counter staff kept me waiting for half an hour without able to meet with the management staff in the end. I was asked to Whatsapp to the management staff but no proper reply was received as well. Calls and negotiations made with both Trip.com and hotel side but end up with the disappointing answer of "we can't do anything". A very very bad experience indeed.

Soundproofing very important but badly needed improvement for the hotel. Breakfast was very good but need to have more variety especially for customer with long stay.
