The service was terrible from reception to the room service save for the concierge who was excellent. They seem to think it’s ok for you to have to speak to all their different departments to get anything done and there is no APP. The food and the breakfast was, however, amazing. The hall way and garden was beautiful albeit the rooms are a bit poky and have a musty smell in the shower.

Great ambiance. Clean rooms and beautiful roof top restaurant. Location is near Spanish steps for shopping’s. We love this hotel.

Excellent view and service

The hardware is full and the environment is excellent. 1. When checking in and paying the deposit, I didn't bring my credit card for personal reasons and it was a UnionPay card, so I could only pay in cash. After I explained the situation, I wanted to pay a 200eur deposit, but the front desk manager said it had to be 400eur, otherwise I couldn't check in. During the period, I asked if I didn't plan to spend money in the hotel and whether it could be accommodated, but it didn't work. Finally, I had no choice but to take out all the cash on me, 405eur, and after paying the deposit of 400eur, I had only 5 euros left... As a result, I couldn't move forward whether I was eating or taking a taxi. Finally, I used the navigation to find an ATM that could withdraw money with UnionPay, which took a total of 40 minutes... I have never encountered such a "stubborn" staff in any five-star hotel in any country I have visited. If I were the manager on duty, I would never embarrass my guests like this... 2. When checking out, there was an extra breakfast consumption in the bill for no reason (the room I booked included breakfast). The best hotel in Rome, convenient for sightseeing and shopping

Booked on a business trip. Good environment, clean and sanitary. Service: Good attitude.

1. A hotel staff member stole a ring worth over 20,000 yuan and put it in a bag during the day. When he came back, he found that the bag had been turned over and the ring was gone. 2. The cleaning staff entered the room twice without knocking and swiping the card directly when the Do Not Disturb sign was hung. 3. The party on the 8th floor lasted until the early morning. The room was completely soundproof and I couldn't sleep.

Too ordinary hotel, not worth more than 10,000 RMB

This time I traveled with friends, the hotel is ok, I will come again next time!

Great visit! Would definitely stay again, rooms were clean, food was good, two great bar options. Very centrally located to walk the city, and you can get Marriott Bonvoy points! The staff was lovely and very accommodating. 10 minute walk to Spanish Steps.

I booked the Rome Edition in September of 24 for our family trip to run the Rome Marathon March of ‘25. They wanted the booking paid in full at the time of booking, so 6 MONTHS in advance, I paid over 6k for a 4 night stay. Knowing full well the city will be busy, I did it. Figuring at least I’m set with our hotel, no changes, cancelations etc of course, protecting THEM. The usual, fine. Well, 10 days prior to our arrival they call to tell me they cannot honor my reservation for the first 2 nights. WHAT!? who does this?! Well the Rome Edition does. The city was jammed & options were terrible…so they put us in their sub par sister hotel. Old, dirty, run down, awful food. So we are repacking, shlepping our stuff after 2 nights to the Edition and you guessed it, our room is not ready. AFTER 3 pm. Fabulous. BEYOND disappointed so please be aware before you book this hotel, they may boot you if they get a big more lucrative clientele who wants the place. It’s a small hotel, very swanky, very “influencer ish”.
