This is a fantastic hotel. The reception area is very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely quadrangle that the bedrooms feed off. Our bedroom was a good size and very clean and appealing. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep.

My favourite hotel in the whole of Uzbekistan. It is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. It is family run and the whole of the family and staff are totally professional. My only complaint is that I didn't stay longer. Next time!

Great location, clean comfortable rooms. The best place to live in Bukhara! Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to answer any questions. Show the way to the post office, where to buy a SIM card, cut the purchased melon and bring it to the room .... Just super! Великолепное расположение, чистые уютные номера. Лучшее место для жизни в Бухаре! Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, решают любые возникшие вопросы.

Maria and I read poor reviews but were happily pleased with this hotel which is very close to the Ark of Bukhara. Our Room was clean and functional with toiletries. It is centrally situated to sites, shops and restaurants. We were also pleased with the breakfast. There is a Bank nearby(don't expect receipts for money exchange from an automaton of an employee) and street vendors who sold their ware at reasonable prices. The Poi Kalon is easily accessible on foot giving us travelers a nice impression of the city.

J’ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé tout près de la vieille ville. Ma chambre 322 à deux lits jumeaux n’était pas très grande mais suffisante pour une personne seule. A deux cela aurait été plus problématique, pas assez de place pour deux valises…rien pour poser des affaires de toilette dans la petite salle de bain…où la chasse d’eau fuyait abondamment…Le plus gros problème rencontré à été la Wifi, très instable et qui se déconnecte fréquemment…donc on se retrouve en connexion ordinaire et si l’on n’a pas souscrit un forfait adapté pour l’étranger occasionne un dépassement rapide et onéreux…je me suis retrouvée avec un hors forfait de plus de 60 euros ! et je n’ai pas été la seule dans le groupe à qui cette coûteuse mésaventure est arrivée…

Muy agradable la estancia y el hotel es muy céntrico y confortable dentro de su sencillez. Se encuentra junto a la ciudad vieja, lo que permite acceder a ella dando un paseo, y verla por la noche iluminada.Una magnífica ocasión para poder disfrutarla mejor.

Hotel cerca del casco antiguo de Bukhara delante de la muralla. Desayuno sencillo. El aire acondicionado perdía agua. Dan aguas gratis. La cama era cómoda. La habitación daba a un patio que estaba un poco descuidado.
