Best Bugibba Hotels

Overall the hotel wasn't bad~~ The breakfast was ok and the room was ok! The staff were very kind. We couldn't go to the pool because we were tired, but the pool atmosphere was nice and the songs kept coming out, so it was exciting~~ The surrounding infrastructure was a little poor, but we were able to easily go to other places, so we were satisfied. Do it~

A good location with a bar and a small restaurant next to the valet for €14 in taxi. Hot and warm staff A sunny and nice breakfast .

There was no towels and no blanket in the room, Otherwise its ok.

Very mixed evaluation. The hotel is good and very well located, however: - the staff is not often there. We told Maria at reception that our mini-bar was not cooling. Answer, a mini-bar does not cool. We of course had two rooms and in the other, it was completely cold, even too cold. By moving the electrical outlet, it worked. It was reported but no one ever came. - room cards that didn't work three times. Every time we pass, we are told that this happens and the third time, we are told that it is because the tourist tax is not paid. Ironically, we went to reception twice to do this but were told later. - incredible noise in the hotel. The hotel receives groups of young teenagers and they are hellish, we couldn't really sleep until 1-2am. - if you want to reach the reception, pray that your room is with the new facilities. My daughter got a new room and we got a less new one. The telephone did not work and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done. Otherwise the hotel is good, comfortable, the indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi very good and the restaurant service is excellent. We hesitated with the Seaview and ultimately regretted it. Despite the hotel's good points, we won't be coming back there again, that's for sure.

The simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly.

It was all inclusive stay. Food was amazing. All that you need and even more. Hotel has amazing 11 floor pools with view on the sea.
