房間又大又乾淨。床很軟，睡的舒服。可以聽到別人走在走廊裏，可是外面的聲音。 酒店位置很好，離海岸和公交樞紐不遠。

房間舒適，服務熱情，泳池尤其贊，愉快的決定，值得再來。

太棒了海景房出門就是大海一望無際 大人孩子都喜歡出門，方便擁有，具有價格非常便宜，還含早餐，下次還會再來

Nous avons bien aimé les équipement de cet hôtel aussi bien la piscine extérieur vue mer que la piscine intérieur grande et très agréable bonne température de l’eau. Chambre correct et accueil au top, rien à dire, service au top, bon petit dej

Struttura nuova nulla da ridire in merito. Servizio : frigo bar VUOTOOO nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua, kit cortesia bagno inesistente ☹️ciabattine neanche a parlarne. Se rimangono con questa politica misero, dopo aver preso una Camera Superior vista mare e pagato un botto, mi aspettavo qualche servizio in più. Colazione ottima.

Had a fabulous 5 nights at the hotel. Fantastic service provided by all the staffs in the hotel. Initially I have been allocated a room with no lock for the bathroom and upon request, straight away they provided me the best room anyone could have. Room service at the top and we have been pampered throughout the stay. Half board customers only can dine at Azure and the rest of the restaurants will be chargeable. Food choices are great with local flavour. Due to summer season, the pools are little busy but never been an issue. Beach is just walking distance and lots of choices of restaurants nearby too. Swans on bed and special chocolates been a surprise for the wedding anniversary.

We were here for a week in August . Our checkin was smooth and we experienced exceptional customer service from the Manager Motaz and his staff at the bars and restaurant , especially Ismail , Jannat , Aarti and Devesh . All over the hotel and the food is also nice .

We are due to arrive at Doubletree by Hilton, St Paul's Bay, in two weeks and have already received exceptional service from Jonathan Mallia! He has been exceptional and most professional in accommodating our requests, to ensure that our silver wedding anniversary is made extra special. Jonathan has responded to all messages in a timely manner. He is polite and has made us feel most welcome, even prior to our arrival. His customer service is to be highly commended and, as such, we are very much looking forward to our stay.

We had the most pleasant stay at this place.., rooms are perfect and the sea view was all worth it… i highly recommend to pay extra for this facilities… we were kindly offered all incisive as the room we started with had issues with AC temperature… kids had gala time with all the swimming pools and the drinks available to them throughout the day… the spread across the Breakfast, Lunch and dinner had good verity.. we are vegetarian and we had no issues whatsoever with the food.. plant based food is available and upon request you can have vegan/ gluten free desserts… the OMBRE restaurant is a fine dine where you can have a quite family dinner/ lunch… staff Jonathan, Pritesh, Kailash, Jannat, Nisha at the front reception, Salita at Ombre and Devesh at Juniper bar were amazing and gave us an extremely memorable and enjoyable experience at the hotel. They went above and beyond to help and accommodate everyone and we would definitely recommend this to everyone, regardless of whether you are a family, couple, or even by yourself. Another thing was that the location of the hotel was extremely convenient as there are many bays and beaches nearby, and there are tours to the other island of Gozo and blue lagoon not far from the hotel. All of the transport is right from the hotel so you don’t have ti worry about the transport.

Just back from a lovely week long stay, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 7 and 9. Check in Very smooth and we were delighted with the beautiful cookies! Staff very friendly and always a smile and cheery hello when passing the front desk. Room We were on the 5th floor, room 5206. The room overlooked the front of the hotel and was advertised as a superior twin room. Room was spotlessly clean, huge TV, large single beds and a small sofa bed which was made up for our arrival. Very limited storage space for clothes but this is something we have become accustomed to. Iron, hair dryer and great selection of shampoo/conditioners and shower gel so no need to bring your own. No drying rack in balcony for swimwear? This should be a must in a newly renovated hotel. Fridge was small and no water provided. Food & Drink We were All Inclusive and the food selection in the buffet was fantastic. Waffles were a great hit for breakfast and lots of stations serving fresh salads, meats, potatoes and a kids selection. Judging by the weight we put on it is fair to say you won’t go hungry!! Drinks are great, cocktails were lovely but all very sweet. White wine was palatable and you could purchase higher end wines but we didn’t feel the need. We only ate in the Ombré at the pool twice, food was lovely but the kids found the options quite limited. Milkshakes and desserts in here are fantastic. There was a real lack of food outside the advertised eating times. No snacks at poolside suck as burgers, fries or sandwiches. Having a more casual set up at the pool bar with light snacks would be a great addition. Pools We spent all our time at the bottom, more livelier pool where the animation team make a great effort to interact with the guests for pool games and water aerobics. The bottom pool also had a swim up bar which was great but could get busy. Never had an issue getting 2-3 sunbeds together and lots of parasols. Location Great location opposite a small grainy (not sandy) beach. Lots of lovely restaurants close by but we didn’t try any. Great supermarket if you leave by front doors and turn left, through the junction and on your left hand side. Absolutely everything you could need. We used Bolt for any trips out and they were very reasonable and reliable. Overall this was a fantastic holiday for our first trip to Malta. Just a few small issues but very enjoyable stay. Very nice hotel wonderful breakfast very beautiful view The issue is the cleaning service we need to find the cleaners three times because at 4 pm our room was still dirty All the rest was very very good. The reception employees was very friendly Also the service in the pools was ok
