Great location but as other travelers have mentioned, communication to access the unit was not the best. Also, the electronic lock is not as easy as the video showed initially. The unit is clean and comfortable (a little loud from the street noise) but because of the challenging access, I’m not sure I would stay again. Also, the information on ********** is inaccurate - there is no offering for shuttle service with this property.

Cleanliness was good overall. One big cockroach in the shower one day, which may have come up from the drain. Otherwise there weren’t any bugs. The hotel did not communicate well when asked questions (via whatsapp or secure email), but we did get the code to get in right before check-in. The automated system worked very well and once in the room, the stay was great. Big balcony! Would recommend, but better communication would be nice.

Una pena que se manejen tan mal, no respetan el valor publicado en la plataforma, luego de estar CONFIRMADA la reserva a determinado valor, unos pocos días antes del ingreso exigen pago por transferencia con un recargo de $20.000 por 'impuesto por transferencia'. Si no te gusta podés anular la reserva! Una vergüenza... por esta gente que se abusa no crecemos como país.
