Awesome people at the reception. Felt safe in the place, and also comfortable beds and clean beds!

The hotel is located in San Telmo neighbourhood, and it is facing the Avenina 9 De Julio. It is about 20 minutes walk to main tourist spots like Florida Street, Lavalle, and Ave Corrientes. The room is spacious and has a comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some tips where to exchange our currency and get a sim card. We didn't use the hotel facilityl since we just stayed for 1 night for our transit to El Calafate. The hotel is about a 25-minute drive to AEP airport and 50 minutes to EZE airport.

Do not expect the Front Desk to be helpful. I tried to get Taxi fare settled by charging my room at any service charge added as I do not have local currency. The Front Desk staff do not accept. I do have USD cash and want to exchange to local currency at the Front Desk. The staff asked me to go to local money exchange that is 10 minute walk away. It made me into deep trouble when the staff not helpful. I want to change USD cash to local dollar and they refused. It made the taxi driver very unhappy as well. Also the room has nothing - No complimentary bottle water (charge 600 local dollar per bottle). No hot water kettle. No coffee and tea packs. STAY AWAY from this hotel.

Only stayed one night. Was perfect for that. Pretty well located to downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful

Located in the Main Street with spacious room. Amenities and breakfast are fine. Great value for money.

Big and comfortable rooms. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was very rich and delicious

早餐沒什麼選擇 可能這個國家的水果就不好吃 全都齁酸 就西瓜不算 還是棉的 然後麪包累很多但是每一個吃的下去的 全都死甜

房間寬大明亮，乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，前台服務態度很好，給了轉換插頭，離附近主要景區都很近，離一個評分高的中國餐廳很近，滿足了我的中國胃！

房間比較寬敞。酒店位置很好，去哪都很方便。前台的人都很熱情，也很樂意幫忙。 早餐種類太少，大都是甜點。

能看到梅西廣告牌，很大，窗台可以坐上去，大馬路邊，有點吵

設施：阿根廷的酒店設施都比較老舊，酒店位置不錯就在市中心。

酒店位蠻好的 在9 de julio 的主街上 步行可以達到需要去的所有景點 酒店頂樓有健身房 就是價格有點偏貴 相對於內部硬件設施 酒店裡麪不提供牙具以及免費的礦泉水～早餐還可以 可以吃飽

房間潮濕，有燥音。 感覺就是國內如家連鎖的水準。 早餐甜品多，但是口感一般，酸奶品質差…

這個酒店不錯的，非常適合商務出行
