꽤 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

Bastante bien...y nuevo..cerca del parlamento...volvería otra vez...

酒店挺乾淨！

3 éjszakát töltöttünk a szállodában, a szoba kényelmes, tiszta , minden nap cserélték s törölközőt. A fűtés jól működött, a tv nem működött, hiába szóltunk 2x is. Jó elhelyezkedés. A reggeli azonban nagy csalódás. 1 fajta kenyér, zsemle csak fel 8-ig van, péksütemény nincs, lekvárt csak az üres üvegek mutatják hogy volt, csakúgy mint minden más. Persze tányér se volt még csésze sem de volt 2 hölgy akik unott képpel, bakancsban itt ott közölték hogy "majd lesz"., mindenki felháborodására. Ilyet még sehol sem tapasztaltam. Felhaboritó.

Samimi, merkeze ve ulaşıma yakın, otantik, arkadaşça, Güleryüz sahibi görevliler, temiz titiz ortam, çevre dostu... Tekrar gelirim, tavsiye ederim.

A good hotel in a nice quiet area of the city. Its on the edge of the centre so does involve a bit of walking and / or use of the public transport (which is close, very good and reasonably priced). The included breakfast was fine but doesn't really cater for british tastes so we didn't enjoy it too much but if you like the European taste then you'll probably enjoy!

Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again, nor would we recommend. Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful though. When we arrived the outside of the building, corridors and reception area all look very nice, modern and clean but that’s where it ends. The bedrooms are in a awful state, the furniture is dated, chips missing out of it or broken. Some of our electric sockets also where hanging out the wall. The carpet was disgusting and covered in stains all over the room! The dust was everywhere, in the wardrobe, top of bed frames, mirrors, table tops! The only positive to the room was the size. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, they only came into fold the bedding which we did daily ourselves! The carpets where never hovered. The sink in our toilet was blocked which we complained about, this was drained but stayed blocked for our entire trip. The location is ok, you are on the Buda side which is quieter than the Pest side but the view from the river of the parliament building is great. The hotel is about a 5 mins walk to tram stop. Breakfast - well that also wasn’t great, they served mixed veg and salad. The toaster broke most days we where there but hardly toasts the breast anyway. The bar was also closed the whole time, even though advertised until 2300. They where not even able to sell us a bottle of water to take to the room. Over all not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Lovely clean good sized rooms, comfortable beds etc. Polite, helpful staff. However, breakfast is about the worst I have ever had in a hotel, very limited, no fruit and choice very limited. Such a shame because everything else was to a good standard.

The hotel suite was very spacious but rather worn & tired. The carpet was marked, with dust at the edges. The tv set top box didn’t work but that was ok by us as there were only 2 English speaking channels - BBC world & CNN! Breakfast was ok but we were ignored by the staff for over 15mins before anyone came to take our order. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend and the restaurant & bar didn’t open once! This hotel was booked for its location rather than facilities so it worked ok for us but not sure I would pay to stay again.

Very basic Hotel, good size rooms, carpets and towels looking very tired and dirty. The hotel staff very helpful and friendly at reception. Breakfast very disappointing with minimal outlay, peeled fruit going brown and not very appetising, coffee was watery from vending machines, worst breakfast ever! The food wasn’t replenished for people even though within breakfast time period. Skeleton staff running around with headsets chatting to each other and not very helpful. The hotel is on the opposite side of river from main attraction’s around 40 mins walk. Unfortunately would not recommend due to overall experience.

Eight of us go on a city break every year this year we chose Budapest and the regnum residence hotel . The hotel is situated in a quiet area and everything is in walking distance . The hotel was very adequate for our needs as we went out early and came back late rooms were spacious and comfortable staff at hotel were so polite and helpful and catered for all our needs overall we had a very enjoyable stay here and Budapest is a beautiful city to to stay

The room is a nice size but very dated,the corridors and overall decor is all very drab . The aircon is set to a fixed minimum temperature and the room was boiling and too hot for me. The hotel location is fine if you want to be in the quiet part but for us we found that everything we wanted to see or do was a 50 minute walk away so if you want to be in amongst the busy part you need to be on the other side of the river. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. We went down half an hour before it finished and there was basically cereal but no milk, no plates, one piece of bread, a fruit salad which had turned brown as it had been out for so long and a tray with a few cuts of meat on it. We didn't eat anything and there were no staff present to ask if we could order anything either so that is a total waste of money and should be sorted out as i don't think there can be anyone who would find that an enjoyable experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend or stay again.

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city close to metro and tram stops. I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel, the rooms were big and it was quiet. However the breakfast was very poor, very little options, muesli, yogurt and jam with plain toast, no fruit or pastrys . The restaurant and bar were shut so no option in the evening to eat or have a drink, no milk in the rooms and sometimes the sugar or coffee was not replaced. You have to ask for 2 keys and you need one for the electricity so the fridge goes off if you don't leave one in. Reception was helpful and friendly and spoke English very well.
